  1. As expected, Rotherham's relegation was confirmed after they lost to Plymouth. Plymouth were one of only 3 teams in this bunch that won. Sheff Weds & Huddersfield also winning means Swansea get dragged in, as now only 5 points separate 15th to 23rd: Next round of games: Sheff Weds vs Norwich Birmingham vs Cardiff Preston vs Huddersfield Millwall vs Leicester Plymouth vs QPR Swansea vs Stoke Bristol City vs Blackburn Two key games there at Plymouth and Swansea where any win for any of the 4 sides will do wonders for their survival hopes...
  2. Automatic Promotion: Title race takes another twist! Leicester won, while Ipswich and Leeds both lost by 1-goal margins. The one game in hand that Leicester have could prove crucial... Play-offs: Strong showing for the 6 left in the race for play-offs, as none of them lost. Norwich arguably having the best day as they kept the 4-point gap to Coventry by beating rivals Ipswich. Preston have an outside shot of catching up, despite only 7 points off with 6 left to play. Next round of games: Millwall vs Leicester Ipswich vs Watford Leeds vs Sunderland West Brom vs Rotherham Sheff Weds vs Norwich Southampton vs Coventry Hull vs Middlesbrough Preston vs Huddersfield

  6. Not particularly. I don't really like it when they do their own teams' games outside of this fixture anyway. Used to be able to tolerate them but they can't keep their biases to one side for very long. Carragher is worse but Neville is only ever vocal when Man Utd lose or get battered. He's very quiet when they're doing okay in a game. Rather just have them both in the studio.
  7. Loved the scenes from San Mames. More clubs should do that to help their fans watch it when they can't get tickets to the final.
  8. Another round of fixtures comes as quickly as it goes... Nine points still separate @Rajabhat Rovers & @6666 as they both score 12. Top scores came from myself & @Bluewolf as we added 19 points to our tallies, and it also meant we both went up 1 place in the rankings. @Storts was the only one to get more than 1 perfect score; @Rucksackfranzose & @CaaC (John) both got the same score and surpassed the 400-point mark in doing so.
  9. Game 121 - 61st Game 122 - 29th
  10. GAME 121 - HULL vs MIDDLESBROUGH - WEDNESDAY 10th APRIL, 19.45 (BST) GAME 122 - PSG vs BARCELONA - WEDNESDAY 10th APRIL, 20.00 (BST) ***any predictions made after kick-off will not count*** @Mel81x @Lucas @6666 @Dr. Gonzo @Michael @Redcanuck @CaaC (John) @Devil-Dick Willie @JoshBRFC @Viva la FCB @Pyfish @Bluewolf @Tommy @Rucksackfranzose
  11. Two massive British derbies to round off this weekend. Game 119 had the earliest possible first goal, in the 1st minute and only @Bluebird Hewitt wins out for this, getting 1 point for a 3rd-minute pick. Game 120 had quite a few more winners, after Liverpool scored the first goal in the 23rd minute: 2 points 2 points + @Toinho for a 21st minute pick (1 point); @Faithcore for a 22nd-minute pick (2 points) and then @nudge for a 23rd-minute choice - 3 points! Table after Game 120: @Lucas leapfrogs me into 4th, while @nudge, @Bluebird Hewitt and @Dr. Gonzo join @Toinho on 15 points, with @Faithcore now just one point behind them.
  12. Chelsea de ja vu as what happened against Burnley. 2-2 against a relegation threatened side. Not good enough for them.
  13. Anyone see Wood's miss in the first half?! Smashed the post from about a yard out.
  14. Villa seem to be having a bit of a wobble, especially not beating average sides like Brentford and West Ham.
  15. Not yet. I think Nunez can still be very good. I do rate him. But no doubt Liverpool expect more from him.
  16. Arguably a red for Casemiro considering he's flown in to that.
  17. Liverpool missed way too many chances. Are they jaded?
  18. Man Utd doing Man City (and Arsenal) big favours here...
  19. Liverpool only have themselves to blame if they end up losing this. Should no way have let Man Utd in the game, even if they were to concede a goal from a mistake.
