I mean to be fair we weren't that good in the group stage in the last euros then had arguably our best performance since 1996 against Germany. We then had another very good performance against Ukraine

Germanys equaliser should of been disallowed in 1966 there was a handball in the build up. It's a bit of a daft comparison anyway. At the time a goal like that would of been allowed in any game as they couldn't tell at the time. Around 97% of the ball went over the line so it was almost impossible to tell. Lampards goal was clearly over and was a very bad error.

To be fair to Birmingham and Wrexhams owners they do play games abroad in the big American sports. I think it is more that they don't understand the cultural differences sometimes

I don't know. I still think he could get a decent job in the league. I would imagine he has more credentials than any other Scottish manager though. Not sure if it's a bit harsh on clarke though. I just googled it they did beat them on 1942. So they haven't beaten them since they gained independence in the 90s. Not to sure if they the 1942 game was an official friendly as it was played during ww2. And I don't think croatia had independence then
