  1. Chucka and Anna Soubry gone oh this is glorious. You will both on “the jungle” in 12 months time with a mouthful of kangaroo testicles as they struggle for relevance
  2. I now live in a conservative constituency Birmingham Northfield has flipped, first time in my life. What a great morning
  3. Tbh this is so poorly laid out I’m utterly confused by it and have no response. Wtf
  4. Not in this one, the sweet shop owner offered the nationalisation of sweets and 10% stake of the sweet manufacturing company and they still lost
  5. Lol Brexit party not contesting Tory seats fucked the Lib Dem’s and their resurrection toppled May. Get used to the good life It is an idealistic wall to break, this will change our politics. Now you will have Tory mps pushing agendas that their constituency’s require, Boris will be centralist I think
  6. Labour have collapsed up north. I’ve told all of you this was an echo chamber and the way the wind was blowing in the country. You make light because I form my opinions from the multitude of people I talk to, but I’m pretty much on the money with this and Brexit. Maybe a bit of diversification of opinions might do some of you some good.
  7. Yeah I get that she gets that on Twitter but because some troll calls her the N word on Twitter she’s suddenly immune to criticism? Would you hire her to work as your assistant? Yes but those departments still need leadership granted with some macavellian spad also pulling strings.
  8. I spend a couple of days a month in Bristol have done for 3 years, nice city but the folk are a bit thick. Just lack common sense on the whole or a lack of what I would call “streetwise”. I appreciate that’s an intangible so it is just my opinion. If it make you feel better you can say Brummies are cunts! Also you can’t gave it both ways in Israel someone has to lose out, unfortunately it’s the Palestinians so let’s just get on with it. Not home security isn’t just a job though, it’s arguably more important than the chancellor. The protection of 64 million people rests on a women who is blatantly not fit for purpose. Hypothetically but let’s say we suffered a series of significant terror attacks and her lack of leadership will cost lives. Nope just the double standards of it’s ok to take the piss out of Tory but not labour. I say both are fair game. Nope was posted on Abbott’s own Instagram yesterday apparently, on twitter labour bots are pushing a photoshop agenda. Nothing to do with her being black, just to do with the fact she’s a moron. Nobody ever mentions black apart from people trying to deflect the shite going her way because she’s a clown. See above both sides play dirty in modern politics. Or would you prefer I called you a lefty expletive is that more palatable?
  9. I’ll answer some of you later when I have time. Now though just remember you’ve voted to give this woman control of national defence. Yep odd shoes and on the wrong feet, has to have had a breakdown she’s thick but that’s blatantly Retàrded
  10. Lol the BBC has been 3 remain vs 1 leaver on its flagship political programme for 3 years now and your talk about unbiased is a lefty comedian from Lib Dem cousin fucker Bristol give your head a wobble. Yes it is Stan, some constituency’s it’s that ingrained that our politics has descended into tribal bs. You ever been in an ex mining village? Also Rochdale was where Brown called a typical labour voter in that constituency a bigot and they still voted. Lol I’ve not read the sun or star or mirror is 20 years. Mail online I do see from time to time but it’s typically shite about Kardashian’s. I know about the creation of Israel and displacement of Palestinians, however I side with the Israelis because basically they’d be wiped out if they didn’t have the state as they have been in pretty much all of the Middle East now. And the fact a free Palestine would basically offer us fuck all, it would be about as useful as chocolate teapot. It’s just a vehicle for people to make themselves look like great humanitarians. Where’s the upset from the Labour Party against the ethnic cleansing in Burma? It’s basically a stick for socialist to beat Jews with because of the banking system nowadays let just be honest. What does a free Palestine offer us? Cheaper oranges? A few dates?
  11. Mate it’s UK policies aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. What we have is a PR centric bunch of clowns on both ends of the political spectrum with very little desire or ethics themselves. I always liken British politics to The Thick of IT, because that’s how I genuinely view both politicians and the upper eschelons of the civil service. What could be more “the thick of it” than Boris hiding in a fridge or Gordon Brown saying “what a bigot” with a hot microphone. I negoiate deals that can reach a few mill in value so I’ve been through the same media training they go through, you’re taught to twist back to the central message you get across your prearranged point no matter how they try to throw you of guard. Hence Boris just keeps saying “get Brexit done” and you rarely get a straight answer from any politician. It’s for that reason I go to the core principles to decide my vote, as the grassroots memberships push agendas that the political invertebrates push themselves in turn, the vast majority of career politicians have no convictions of they’re own. They just play a balancing political posturing act to increase their standing. tory grassroots are less state lower tax more independent freedom. My kind of thinking Labour tend to be more tax and more state, broadly central if blairites or now as the party is hijacked by momentum rabid socialists and we all know how that turns out. FYI U.K. services are shit, brutally inefficient and expensive bloated beyond sense in red tape. If we had German efficiency it may be different but it’s not more tax will just go some way to line civil servants already overstuffed pensions. Corbyn and his gang are arguably less career politicians than the others granted but they’re more fundamentalist and knowing the way the U.K. works and what makes us tick I think Tory is best. This should be the death of Corbyns labour and hopefully we get a better opposition in 5 years time. Tories have been shite because they haven’t needed to do anything for ten years now really, competition sharpens all. Unfortunately you have tribal voting in the uk hence the sub 30 demographic being widely labour they will lose that in ten years as they grow up and see it for what it is as a political system. Yes because you have an accurate understanding of my knowledge of the Middle East. Love the tactic of being dismissive though great job. Case in point @Spike the entire city of Liverpool are rabid socialists and they blame the cities problems in the 80’s on Thatcher (not entirely accurate btw) but they would vote labour if even if the local candidate raped their old dears they’re that far gone. Likewise shitholes like Rochdale still vote labour despite labour not giving a fuck about their children being raped by the new ethnic voting demographic they’re happy to court.
  12. Here he is in Tunisia 2014 at the ceremony for the Palestinian terrorist behind the Munich Olympic terror massacre of Jewish athletes. “A wreath was laid but I don’t think I was involved” genuine quote. The selective memory in this thread is hilarious, the man’s a cunt, thank god he’ll be history come Friday. I’d be ashamed to say I’d voted for him.
  13. Anyway majority today, on Facebook you see “I’m voting labour banners” this year it’s 50/50 I smell a majority .
  14. It was the last post from Facebook I just copied and pasted, if it was a tweet I’d have just posted the tweet. Think that’s how it’s spread Hardly a Russian bot, more like me seeing something funny and thinking “Ha I’ll post that and wind the lefty bastards up.” Tbh I didn’t event read past the first 6 lines, I thought fuck it I’m chucking that grenade, it’s late I’m busy I can’t be arsed to keep arguing 4/5 on 1 I’m just going to troll a bit. I do think it’s funny how whenever anything negative comes out against sides you guys back, you lot get all paranoid about the Russians. It’s a bit tinfoil hat I must say
  15. Lol I understand I’m still a bit undecided about my vote direction this coming Thursday. I've obviously taken into consideration what I consider to be the following swaying points on the two main parties. 16. No the US government is saying they don’t want tariffs on drugs, if you think the US want to take on the iceberg of economic shit that is the NHS you’re insane. Trump even shat on this about a week ago, the basis for this seems to be Corbyn who’s defaulted to the 2017 tactic of “the Tories will sell off the NHS” and it works for the sheeple of this country. Fyi the NHS already purchase US drugs they have done for some time. Lol the Tories with the magical pot of money, have you seen Labours manifesto? There’s nothing shocking in the Tory manifesto it’s pretty much steady as we go bringing down the deficit. Labour are up to 100bn in spending and 80bn in tax increases, 26% corporation tax by 2024 that will do post Brexit. The problem is with the U.K. is yes we are lower tax than say Germany so our services are pooorer but if you were to up tax would the level reach German levels? Would it fuck British state ran entities tend to a tremendous waste of money and brutally inefficient. That’s why they were privatised and we enjoy more personal wealth.
  17. I’ve not read this it’s late it’s a big post. On drug prices drugs initially cost money they’re expensive they’re produced on license for a fixed period then after that period they can be produced elsewhere as the forumula is made available by the regulators to whomever wants it so the price comes down due to increased supply. So sanofi for example will get a drug spend millions and 5-10 years getting it corrrevt rested, approved via clinical trials etc etc. The regulator ratifies it and they get a 5 year license. At which point Sanofi sell high because they have the monopoly on the market and they need to recoup the initial investment and turn a 5 year profit that satisfies investors so it will be within the ballpark of 50% at this point they know this is a finite bubble so they start on the next cycle. This is the cycle of pharmaceuticals. This idea that the NHS can dictate price does make me laugh, sure bulk buying may get a better discount but the regulator and market competitors do more globally. The NHS cater for a domestic market. Paracetamol used to cost tens of dollars a tab and now you get 20 tablets in the U.K. for under a £1 for example. I know this because I know a very senior guy at sanofi and I know a company that makes the machines for replicating pharma process for” pirating” (their term) these drugs once the license runs out. 70% is paperwork and litigation In pharma, that’s what impacts costs. Also why does a private health system automatically get compared to America? Why not like Belgium where it’s compuldory health insurance? I agree at free at the point of use car for u18 and life threatening injuries such as A&E but too many fatties taking the piss out of an over burdened system is really the problem. Also I have private health with work not a big fuss at all
  18. Ok hoax is the wrong word, but it’s been played up. Have you ever took a kid to hospital? You sit in a seating area for hours while a bed becomes available, this kid was initially dealt with deemed low enough risk to remove from his bed and await a new bed while his bed was given to another patient. This kid who doesn’t have pneumonia was waiting for a second bed. Mommy who’s a corbyn loving knobhead Riggs up a makeshift bed takes photos and sends them to the media. It’s election time so suddenly an everyday occurrence in the NHS is dynamite. Now the Mirror go to town on it. Because the mirror would tell you “jimmy has been misjudged”if Jimmy Saville was the labour leader they’re that far up the labour parties arse. Also what is it “the NHS is the envy of the world” or “a shithole” I remember pre Blair NHS mate I know who did the fucking damage it was new labour No you wouldn’t, absolute clusterfuck of incompetence. For example one plan is a 4 day working week with their chancellor insisting it does effect the NHS and their Health minister telling them it will cost the NHS Billions . And as you can see about the electorate is swayed by emotive shite like some kid having to wait for hours like every fucking kid ever in the NHS The reality is that MPs are actually really shit jobs now with poor salary for London so unfortunately you’ve got morons infesting the spectrum.
  19. They’re capitalist countries, it’s not a like for like comparison anyway but they have successful social welfare policies. There’s like 5 million people in a resource rich country that are spread over a large area so they have a much healthier and richer healthier social lifestyle anyway. We on the other hand have 64m people with significant portions packed into over crowded metropolitan shitholes and our society is based around binge drinking or eating or watching fucking tell so our health is atrocious. The can afford social welfare because they actively engage in their own, we can’t afford similar programs because as a society we wait for the state to wipe our arse for us. I’ve seen a lot about “facts” and truths in this thread, the simple fact is all political parties talk shite and say what they like to gain favour or votes. I’ve tuned out now really and vote on core principles, they’re the only constant in Politics. Its simple; conservatism = less tax so more basic state functions and you keep more money to do as you see fit. The equivalent of a self catering holiday. My kind of deal, I’ll spend my money on what I want because it’s my money, I have private health I’d happily opt out the NHS, my premiums are low as aside from the one day a month when I do my monthly alcohol allowance in a 3-4 hour period I’m healthy I don’t smoke, eat right and go the gym. labour = more tax so more state functions and less money to do as you see fit. The equivalent of an all inclusive holiday. Not my deal (although I do go all inclusive for the kids when we go) because basically like any all inclusive it gets stagnant. Plus state run enterprises are so inefficient we’re massively overpaying for a totally shite service. Politics is fucked in this country anyway I live in a solid labour seat and they blindly vote for the useless bastards every election and they’re lot marginally gets shitter and shitter. The reasons locally why they vote labour are mainly “thatcher” “bankers” “posh” it’s Idiotic in the extreme. The problem is these mongols breed and they’re kids grow up just as tribal and as a result you get a new generation of mindless labour voters and because of that Labour will never actually get their act together and will always just get the heartland votes. Look at this thread wall to wall Labour, Corbyn is a shit storm of idiocy yet all these saying they’re going to vote labour . The very definition of mindless tribal politics. I was speaking to a Geordie mate earlier who said he’d vote Boris, I laughed and he said “fuck my da was a miner, he’ll be spinning in his grave. But they (labour voters) just don’t see they’ve (labour) not got a grasp of how economics work the daft cunts”. Both wrong, ironic you post about incorrect info by twisting this to suit your leanings. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/technology-50726500 that says 88% of the most widely spread ads are incorrect where they’ve leapt to get to the £2400 figure that’s not 88% of all ads are wrong. Also shows Lib Dem’s and Labour aren’t innocent either. Also that kid in Leeds Hospital was a hoax from a labour supporter mother. It’s also worth noting that if labour hadn’t spunked all of our money up the wall in 2010 with there inept fiscal policy (something that happens every time) and flogged off our gold to fund illegal wars in the Middle East and privatised large parts of the NHS then maybe then there might be some money for hospital beds. Anyway like all electrons I call it based on the mood of the cross sections of society I speak to and I’m confident of a Tory majority here.
  20. Think they’re accurate this time. Certainly in our society (tv, radio etc) and higher education system aimed at the 20-30 demographic there’s a championing of socialist policies and politics. As you get older and gain experience in the real world you see it for the shite it is.
  21. It’s the politics of envy always has always will be with this current Labour Party. Although I saw something earlier that summed your arguments up. “ For those of you reciting the 'Tories defend the rich' argument, read this. It's worth it, I assure you. Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to £100... If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this... The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing. The fifth would pay £1. The sixth would pay £3. The seventh would pay £7.. The eighth would pay £12. The ninth would pay £18. The tenth man (the richest) would pay £59. So, that's what they decided to do.. The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve ball. "Since you are all such good customers," he said, "I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by £20". Drinks for the ten men would now cost just £80. The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes. So the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free. But what about the other six men? The paying customers? How could they divide the £20 windfall so that everyone would get his fair share? They realised that £20 divided by six is £3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man's bill by a higher percentage the poorer he was, to follow the principle of the tax system they had been using, and he proceeded to work out the amounts he suggested that each should now pay. And so the fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% saving). The sixth now paid £2 instead of £3 (33% saving). The seventh now paid £5 instead of £7 (28% saving). The eighth now paid £9 instead of £12 (25% saving). The ninth now paid £14 instead of £18 (22% saving). The tenth now paid £49 instead of £59 (16% saving). Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free. But, once outside the bar, the men began to compare their savings. "I only got a pound out of the £20 saving," declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man,"but he got £10!" "Yeah, that's right," exclaimed the fifth man. "I only saved a pound too. It's unfair that he got ten times more benefit than me!" "That's true!" shouted the seventh man. "Why should he get £10 back, when I got only £2? The wealthy get all the breaks!" "Wait a minute," yelled the first four men in unison, "we didn't get anything at all. This new tax system exploits the poor!" The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up. The next night the tenth man didn't show up for drinks, so the nine sat down and had their beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn't have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill! And that, boys and girls, journalists and government ministers, is how our tax system works. The people who already pay the highest taxes will naturally get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas, where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier. David R. Kamerschen, Ph.D. Professor of Economics. For those who understand, no explanation is needed. For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.” you’re the guy drinking for free . Also as Johnny Mac is involved this sums him up perfectly to
  22. Think you’re missing the wider point Stan, by a mile. Haven't paid attention to any of the incidents mentioned nor do I really care. I’m talking about the tone of the posts, aren’t going to welcome debate “slimy bitch” and “vile cunt” aren’t exactly screaming “let’s have a civilised debate”. Step back from it Stan would you say taking to or about a women like that is ok? I acknowledge I’m probably guilty of it from the other side of it sometimes to. But there’s clearly a left bias here so the point I was making is that although you’re probably the minority (which given the fact left wing politics in this country is the minority) you’ve monopolised this platform of debate by making it uninviting for differing opinions. Why would you put yourself out as a Tory supporter to invite the shit that comes with it here? I get tagged in random threads about random stuff whenever There’s a mention of racism with stuff like “bet fairy likes this” it doesn’t bother me more than the inconvenience of wasting my time. But if you’re right on a particular issue why would you even bother putting your hand up for this shit? You wouldn’t hence why polling is starting to be fucked and “shy Toryism” is a thing. Civil discourse has broken down. That mate is more worrying than anything because that’s how society & cohesion breaks down. Disagree with it all you want mate, it’s your forum I’m just telling you why this section is fundamentally broken and has become a none event of a discussion board
  23. It will never happen mate look below as an example as to why this thread becomes a labour echo chamber despite them blatantly being behind in the country. Lovely sentiments there, a real welcoming discussion board, the result is the below Not saying deadlinesman is a Tory, but you guys have got what you deserve in this thread tbh. That a fucking tedious echo chamber. I stick around and give it back because I’m a bit of a cunt who likes to troll a bit but I can’t devote the time to seriously debate it all nor should I. most on the politics board will have been chased off from debate with this sort of nastiness in reality. Odd that it’s from the same types who usually are the ones whinging about politics of hate too. A shame for the forum really and politics as a whole.
