  1. Outlaw King - 7.5/10 I enjoyed it quite a bit. Chris Pine gave a fine performance with a pretty good Scottish accent an all.
  2. I think Conor got his game plan very wrong. He had a bit of ring rust after 2 years out, and kavanagh said the training was too defensive in hindsight. Khabib is always gonna take you down, but Conor gave him too easy a job by walking forward and looking a bit flat footed.
  3. First round Conor did excellent stifling Khabib and he remained calm which is really important. Second round Khabib got in some good ground and pound but he burnt himself out in the process, which led to Conor winning round 3. He started round 4 good, but Khabib got a second wind and was able to finish it. I don't think it was the arse beating it's made out to be. Yes Khabib won the fight, but there's plenty there to think Conor would fair better in a rematch.
  4. No way is Connor going to fight anybody but Khabib in the rematch. Not next anyways. They can't risk Conor losing again before the rematch, and who would he fight? I suspect they both get a suspension and then the rematch is next year in the big July card. Khabib could even go and fight Brian Ortiz in the mean time if he wants another fight before next summer. Ferguson definitely deserves a title shot but I want to see that knee get a bit more healing time before he faces that animal. Give him another tune up fight until Khabib/ McGregor 2 is done. Jones/ Gustafson 2 announced for the end of year card for the LHW belt. Excited for that!
  5. So Poirier v Diaz is off the 230 card...gutted. And they announced DC V Lewis. I love both men, but I'd like to see the upset here with a Lewis win. Really really really unlikely though.
  6. Josh, have you actually watched the other footage whee McGregor is throwing fists first? Khabib will get a fine as he should do. But what he did was no better or worse than what McGregor did to the bus.
  7. Always felt mighty mouse was a big fish in a small pond. Though can't deny he's been a beast, I was gutted for him when he lost his unbeaten record. Madison Square garden still doesn't have a main event. I'm praying for a very very very unlikely Jones v Velasquez.
  8. Just seen the footage of Connor swinging at lasso first. What a donkey, it's probably what riled up the other two who attacked him. Very surprised that nothing more has been made of it. The cock in the red who went in from behind like a coward has come out laughing about it saying good a decision it was...yeah, dead smart. Lose your UFC contract and get fined to fuck but it was still a good idea LOLZ. McGregor is nowhere near the goat. Saying that is sill at. Can't deny what he has done for the business, but he has a lot of question marks over his stamina, and he never does that good unless he gets a quick finish. That being said, I don't think some of you are giving him enough credit. He's made a lot of people look silly in the octagon.
  9. Let's not have short memories here. Before this whole feud with Khabib started, Conor was a great gobshite. He may have said things, but he never got personal to this level, there was always the element of fun and the showmanship was the main aim for his cracks. This has been a deeply personal fight for both men. Both of them have crossed the line with their actions. I don't need to see a rematch, it'll just go the same way and there would be too much intensity in the build up again. McGregor needs to fight Diaz again, that should be his next move.
  10. No doubt about that, but it just ruined all the good work that Khabib has done.
  11. I don't enjoy it no, it's ridiculous.
  12. Khabib's win has been marred by him attacking Dillon Danis and his cowardly teammate attacking McGregor. Pathetic.
  13. His head is gone. Should of went to Germany on loan.
  14. Yeah, I echo everything said. Gomez next to VanDijk has been a fantastic partnership thus far. All he needed was a leader next to him, not he's showing his quality. No way should Lovren or Matip be getting in the team over him right now.

    Hip Hop/Rap

Thoughts on Brockhampton? I'll start, they're bloody superb.
  16. Flanagan was different. He lacked the skill and finesse that Robertson has going forward. Nobody here can say that even at his best, that Flanagan was anything other than a great workhorse who could chip in with a few decent crosses. Robertson has so much more to his game, and you can count on one hand the times that the opposition have gotten the better of him.
  17. Wat? All last season and this one...and you think it's all from some ongoing burst of confidence. Come on.

I just watched it, no way is it anything but a GGG win. Disgusted.
  19. First game of the season, I'm hoping it's Klavan. He's a good, stable option next to VVD.
  20. He's a fool. Always reminded why I have him on ignore when somebody quotes him
  21. Is that how much he's going for?! Fuck that then.
  22. oh its definitely unlikely, but ill not rule anything out nowadays. Would be hilarious if we went and nicked Grealish from under the Spurs' nose.
