Bangkok can be pretty bad at times but compared to Beijing it probably still feels like a lush forest with sweet smelling air I imagine haha.

Something like this? If yes then it's dust/particle masks with filters (n95); those are definitely better and do help to a certain degree. I used similar ones a few times on dusty roads on a motorbike or in a tuktuk. But they can get very uncomfortable when it's hot and you sweat; the inside gets all moisty despite the valve. Yuck. The majority of mask wearers (in my experience) tend to use those though: Usually a poor fit too.

Too bad they don't realise that those cheap surgical masks do not protect them from the pollution anyway... neither do they protect them from viruses for that matter haha. Pretty much useless.

Do it! Both games are lovely. As for EA, caution is understandable but to be fair to them, they did well with Jedi: Fallen Order.

Confirmed by Ontario labs but not by national labs yet.

Latest official update: 2049 confirmed cases in China. 56 deaths, 49 recoveries. Transmission channels: not fully grasped, human-to-human transmission, medical staff infection, and community transmission in a certain range Susceptible population: temporarily unknown, the virus may be mutated Incubation period: 1 to 14 days, average 10 days, contagious during incubation period

At least 17 Chinese cities on a lockdown with around 30 provinces having issued the highest emergency response ranking possible, which enables measures including quarantines; affecting over 50 million people. Many popular tourist spots including parts of the Great Wall and the Disneyland closed for public; as well as cinemas and many restaurants. Beijing has suspended all inter-province travel. Hong Kong also raised their response from "serious" to "emergency" and closed the schools (extended the holidays for another two weeks). US are temporary closing its consulate and chartering a flight to evacuate its citizens and diplomats from Wuhan. China's president publicly warned of the "grave public health situation" saying the virus was accelerating its speed. More than 10 other countries outside China are affected now with 4 first cases confirmed in Australia and 3 first cases in Malaysia last night. New cases in Thailand.

Prefabricated building elements + manpower. Those buildings aren't meant to stand forever. They built a similar one during the SARS outbreak and then demolished it a few years later.

Latest official update: 1287 confirmed cases in China. 41 fatalities. 38 recoveries. The first international human-to-human transmission has been recorded in Vietnam. First cases (3 confirmed now) in Europe (France). In total 20 cases outside of China (at least 8 countries) confirmed as of now. Work on a vaccine is starting.

Was considering it but wasn't too sure if it's worth it. Somewhat similar to Orville?

Also the timing of this: Hundreds of millions travelling in China with additional millions travelling abroad during Chunyun.

Yeah the name will take some getting used to... But the livery could be sexy with that colour scheme!

First confirmed cases in Europe (France).

Early estimates and predictions from the Lancaster University Key findings - We estimate the basic reproductive number of the infection (𝑅𝑅0) to be significantly greater than one. We estimate it to be between 3.6 and 4.0, indicating that 72-75% of transmissions must be prevented by control measures for infections to stop increasing. - We estimate that only 5.1% (95%CI, 4.8–5.5) of infections in Wuhan are identified, indicating a large number of infections in the community, and also reflecting the difficulty in detecting cases of this new disease. Surveillance for this novel pathogen has been launched very quickly by public health authorities in China, allowing for rapid assessment of the speed of increase of cases in Wuhan and other areas. - If no change in control or transmission happens, then we expect further outbreaks to occur in other Chinese cities, and that infections will continue to be exported to international destinations at an increasing rate. In 14 days’ time (4 February 2020), our model predicts the number of infected people in Wuhan to be greater than 250 thousand (prediction interval, 164,602 to 351,396). We predict the cities with the largest outbreaks elsewhere in China to be Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu. We also predict that by 4 Feb 2020, the countries or special administrative regions at greatest risk of importing infections through air travel are Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea. - Our model suggests that travel restrictions from and to Wuhan city are unlikely to be effective in halting transmission across China; with a 99% effective reduction in travel, the size of the epidemic outside of Wuhan may only be reduced by 24.9% on 4 February.

They found her and she's in observation but it seems she isn't infected. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-china-51231593 She's definitely not the only one who successfully avoided the checks.
