Inspired by @...Dan's Premier League and Bundesliga one...

As there are 24 teams, create a starting XI, 7 subs and 6 reserves.

Found this a lot easier than I thought. Some players slightly out of position but here's mine...

Starting XI

Jack Butland (Stoke)

Kyle Naughton (Swansea) / Pontus Jansson (Brentford) / Daniel Ayala (Nottingham Forest) / Joe Bennett (Cardiff)

Jed Wallace (Millwall) / Kalvin Phillips (Leeds) / Bradley Dack (Blackburn) / Tom Cairney (Fulham)

Tyler Walker (Nottingham Forest) / Wayne Rooney (Derby)

-

Subs: Samuel Radlinger (Barnsley), Conor Townsend (West Brom), Ashley Williams (Bristol City), George Honeyman (Hull City), Callum McManaman (Luton) Scott Sinclair (Preston), Jordan Rhodes (Sheffield Wednesday)

-

(Reserves: Jamie Jones (Wigan), Chris Gunter (Reading), Jack Clarke (QPR), Josh McEachran (Birmingham), Jonny Williams (Charlton), Frazier Campbell (Huddersfield)

You have 2 from Forest though.

Typo mate. He meant Middlesbrough/Smoggie bastards, for Daniel Ayala.

Oh. I wouldn't have known, I can't really partake in this discussion tbh. At least not properly and have a legit opinion.

I've watched 3 championship matches this season. They were all Leeds matches (including the recent loss to Forest :() - so my knowledge of the championship this season is miniscule.

It's ok mate, it's not for everyone. But I'm glad it was us you watched at least.

But just for the record, there are 24 teams in the division, we play 46 games over 9 months, 11 v 11 for 90 minutes each game, with 3pts for a win and 1pt for a drawer.

Only real difference is, you don't get in the Champions League for Top 4 which is a massive shame, and the referee's ref matches blindfolded just for the bants.

4 teams definitely do. 6 of them try.

And 14 of them think you get 3pts for sticking 11 men behind the ball.
