ScoRoss
Can see this ending as another game where Barcelona just never get going. Need a lot more of their midfield. Vidal isn't the ideal player to have open up a defence, and he's their most advanced midfielder.
Administrator Stan Posted June 24, 2020 Author Administrator Share Posted June 24, 2020 Celta Vigo who rarely win away are winning at a side who have very strong home form (Real Sociedad). This break is doing wonders for some sides.

Was heading the way you pointed out until the introduction of both Riqui Puig and Ansu, but mostly Puig. The energy and exuberance he introduced ( and introduces everytime he plays ) was a breath of fresh air in a lethargic, slow and aging team. Quique Setien said at his unveiling that the younger players will play as long as they deserve to. Surely he can’t keep turning a blind eye to them now, they’ve both got to be involved a lot more going forward. Fingers crossed they both start against Celta this weekend! I’d also argue that Braithwaite ought to be starting over Suarez. He’s done so well everytime he’s played and he offers everything Barcelona need in attack right now; pace and the tendency to make runs in behind. I can see a frontline of Messi-Braithwaite-Ansu working wonders, but I wonder if Setien has the cojones to bench Suarez and Griezmann...
