Eco
Gio with an absolute shamble of a dive in the box..haha There is absolutely no way they can call that a penalty. Good for here, as Jensen comes on for Gregoritch
Michael
Schick puts the ball in the net with a lovely shot from outside the area, but the goal is not allowed because he was just offside.
Michael
The Faroese substitute Edmundsson scored with a route one goal after just coming on for Bielefeld. Ortega the keeper punted the ball upfield and Edmundsson collected the ball and finished from a tight angle past Timo Horn, as he beat him at the near post. Eco
What a result, that was a masterpiece from Augsburg. Held on in the first half, long enough to clearly frustrate Dortmund. Collapsing defense, only 1 or 2 real clear chances for Dortmund, and Augsburg could of had 2-3 more goals. Bravo Augsburg....bloody brilliant performance! A 2-0 loss by Dortmund to Augsburg is a big blow for them early on in the season. You can't take anything away from Augsburg for earning a memorable 3 points. But Dortmund I think are partly paying the price for starting two 17 year olds again. At that age, you can't necessarily expect consistent performances from players that young. Subscriber nudge+ Posted September 26, 2020 Subscriber Share Posted September 26, 2020 Wow, well done Augsburg. It's frustrating to see that one of the very few clubs that could theoretically challenge Bayern bottle it again early in the season.
Subscriber nudge+ Posted September 26, 2020 Subscriber Share Posted September 26, 2020 No Osako in our starting XI! Mbom starts! Pavlenka - Gebre Selassie, Veljkovic, Friedl, Augustinsson - Mbom, Eggestein, Klaassen, Bittencourt - Sargent, Füllkrug.

Well Wagner will be sweating throughout this game, so it should be an interesting encounter. Apparently his Schalke side have to win this match or he gets the sack, so you can expect Schalke to attack in search of the 3 points for a lot of this game. That should leave spaces at the back which Werder will look to exploit. Both sides have had poor starts to the season, but I'd definitely say that there is a lot more pressure on Schalke in this match.
Eco
I'll say that I think Schalke will win, but Werdern will play well. 2-1 with Schalke scoring in the 87th minute

They are forcing Schalke into playing misplaced passes.

binder
kinda funny how the Schalke defender standing on the line with the keeper has his arm up as the ball is headed in by Fullkrug. I almost feel sorry for Wagner and Schalke.
