Happy with that so far, started out on the back foot, but managed to grab a goal, outside of the goal had the best effort on goal, closing Leicester’s attack out with relative ease and getting behind them down the wings with some fairly simple long balls.

Only problem is Leicester have a big margin for improvement and if they come out with a rocket up their arse the likes of Under, Maddison, Barnes and Ayoze will cause problems. Considering we’re without a number of first team players and our bench, unlike theirs, is pretty weak, I wouldn’t say we have much room for improvement other than tightening up the loose passing.

That was crap from us for the most part.

Amartey is a disaster. Not good enough, even as backup.

Not much clicking for us after they scored. Have to do better in all areas.

I'm not saying it's stonewall but if the defender puts his leg in front of the attacker and the attacker ends up kicking it in his stride, is that not being impeded?

Literally didn't touch Canos.

It’s not a foul, Tielemans has impeded himself because his foot has swung into Fosu’s static ankle.

And reckless play is reckless play regardless of contact, I’m pretty sure?

Even if you get the ball and none of the player?

I don't know.

Feel like I’ve seen it happen before, could be wrong. Zamburek received a card today for winning the ball before making contact with the man lol

That was more follow through I thought.

No, it’s kicking a player xD. Otherwise, no player can shield a ball as players would just kick through them and claim they were being impeded.

Not while they're running though. Shielding and running are different when it comes to momentum?

Basically Tielemans has no idea Fosu is there, Fosu steps across as Tielemans is running and trips over the defenders foot. Therefore, impeded?

No idea he was there? He’s literally running alongside him. And he hasn’t stepped across him either. There’s a ‘coming together’ and Tielemans kicks Fosu in his stride. Fosu’s foot is planted when he makes contact. That’s my take anyway.
