La Liga is a much faster league than the Eredivisie, and he's been way better for Celta than for Feyenoord, a team which often gets attacked a lot anyways. If Tapia were to flop it would depend on what club he goes to. If it's with a Dutch manager, he absolutely will flop. With an Argentine or Portuguese manager, he will succeed. He can also speak English so the language barrier isn't a problem.
