@The Palace Fan Can you get possession data as well???

Manchester City unsurprisingly top when it comes to possession across the pitch, in the opposition half and in the final third.

They're followed by Liverpool and surprisingly Chelsea in third. Arsenal occupy fourth and Leeds United complete the top half.

Man United and Spurs are firmly in the mid table category..

A big surprise is Leicester City occupy 6th for possession across the pitch and are in the top half for possession in the opposition half and in the final third.

Of all the teams West Ham are the ones who will be the most disappointed. They're second bottom for possession across the pitch and are fourth bottom in the other two categories.

Premier League Pressing Including Week 8 2022-2023

Yeah the table above shows they have the best xG non pen.

The issue with FPL is that it's not clear who will start going forwards out of Isak and Wilson unless one of them is injured. So it's just easier to go for Trippier and hope for a free kick.

Wilson is a goal scorer, his only issue is he is made of glass.

Team Data Updated.

Newcastle United are continuing to go from strength to strength which increases the appeal of double defence + Wilson or Almiron.

Leicester City remain the team to target largely because Fulham have a better Goalkeeper than Danny Ward.

Double defence is always a bit of a risk.

Concede only 1 goal and you've pretty much done yourself in for double clean sheet points. Risky, but can be rewarding.

Almiron and Guimaraes hitting good form so could be good cheaper picks.

Table updated.

- Man City lead the way still in both tables.
- Liverpool's attacking output has improved in recent weeks.
- Chelsea's data has slightly regressed since Potter.
- Crystal Palace have improved defensively since there fixtures improved but there attacking data has not improved to expected levels.
- Wolves attacking and defensive data has improved since the sacking of Bruno Lage.
- West Ham will be very disappointed they haven't progressed further up the table given their defensive numbers.

Tables updated. As a Crystal Palace fan this makes poor reading.

I imagine Everton, Bournemouth and Forest's defensive stats to get worse given their upcoming fixtures.

Chelsea will be expecting an upturn given their upcoming games.
