roversgirl
So pleased for Fylde getting a great home draw and hopefully it will be on TV meaning I can go to it and also the Blackburn game! Good draw for us in terms of progressing but I would have preferred a lower league team away for a good away day/new ground!

roversgirl
Fylde were outstanding on Friday and fully deserved the replay. They were overawed a little in the first half, but in the second half they were well worth the draw. Just back from the Blackburn game. Where do I start. Fucking officials yet again take the limelight. The ones today didn't have a clue. With 11 men we were coasting and its not an over exaggeration to say it could have been double figures. Not sure how they ended up with 11 on the pitch, the referee bottled giving their defender a 2nd yellow just before HT and then they took the player off at HT (says it all). Their defender, Perry NG, conned the referee throughout and got Bennett sent off. Thankfully we held on for the draw and I'm confident we will hammer them at theirs. Administrator Stan Posted December 3, 2017 Administrator Share Posted December 3, 2017 Great result for Woking at home to Peterborough, drawing 1-1 and in the draw for the 3rd round. Unlikely that it is they'll win the replay, but you never know in this competition!

Fylde really held their own over the 2 legs and should be especially proud as Wigan put out 2 strong teams. We did the job last night, a 1-0 win away at Crewe in tough wintery conditions. Bring on Hull in the 3rd round.
