I know @Storts was saying he was impressed when he watched him before he joined Chelsea, but that seems a lot of money based on his performances in the last year. Given how he's been sporadically used I do wonder if this was an Emeneko signing or a player Conte wanted. I'm guessing by the manner in which Chelsea are happy to sell him it's likely to be the former.
