Two. But to be fair, I already ate some of the leftover fillings before I ate the peppers.
  4. Congrats, 6666! And yea, thanks for running this. Well done as always @Rucksackfranzose! 2nd place is not bad. Nice jump on the last matchday there.
  5. Oxford will get slaughtered in the Championship but that's one hell of an achievement for them to get there in the first place.
  6. This has been one honker of a performance from Bolton.
  7. Today
  8. Ladies and gents, we have a winner, the only question left is who will win the bonus round, still that has no bearing on the final table and won't be waited for by me, therefore. On a sidenote: Hats off to @Coma, while there were 4 players predicting another champion than Bayern, he was the only one winning the full 3 points for predicting them finishing on 3rd spot. Bonus round 1) or 2) Michael 14 points 2) or 1) 6666 13 points (15 points if Leverkusen win the cup finale) 2) or 3) Tommy 13 points 2) or 3) Viva la FCB 13 points 5) Coma 11 points 6) Stan 10 points 7) Bluewolf 8 points 7) CaaC (John) 8 points 9) nawoo 6 points 9) Rucksackfranzose 6 points Congrats 6666 on winning this year's edition! FINAL TABLE 1) @6666 252 points, possibly 254 2) @Tommy 248 points 3) @Michael 244 points 4) @Bluewolf 241 points 5) @Stan 240 points 5) @Viva la FCB 240 points 7) @Coma 211 points 8- Rucksackfranzose 198 points 9) @CaaC (John) 192 points 10) @nawoo 157 points Disclaimer: To make it easier for you to check your bonus round points here are the correspondending Buli final standings. Top 4 positions 1) Leverkusen 2) Stuttgart 3) Bayern 4) Leipzig Bottom 3 spots 16) Bochum 17) Köln 18) Darmstadt DFB-Pokal winner Leverkusen or Lautern semifinalists: Fortuna Düsseldorf and Saarbrücken Top scorer Harry Kane 36 goals
  9. How many first choices do this lot have? My first thought is he's off to Juventus. If that's the case then Brighton should go to Thiago Motta whose about as like-for-like replacement with an impressive CV you're going to get for Roberto De Zerbi.
  10. An very uneventful matchday for us. Worth mentioning both CaaC(John) and me won 2 points each with our identical Hoffenheim 2-0 Bayern prediction. Matchday 34 1) Tommy 10 points 2) 6666 8 points 2) CaaC(John) 8 points 2) Coma 8 points 5) Rucksackfranzose 7 points 6) Bluewolf 5 points 6) Michael 5 points 6) Stan 5 points 9) Viva la FCB 3 points This is, and can't stretch that enough, not the final table. I'll count the bonus round in the course of the next hour and will post its result, depending on whether the league is decided or not (6666 has the chance to add 2 more points to his 3 he already has in the bag for his cup winner's prediction Leverkusen, if they defy the odds and beat Lautern in the final. ) either afterwards or next week. Table after 34 matchdays 1) @6666 239 points 2) @Tommy 235 points 3) @Bluewolf 233 points 4) @Michael 230 points 4) @Stan 230 points 6) @Viva la FCB 227 points 7) @Coma 200 points 8- Rucksackfranzose 192 points 9) @CaaC (John) 184 points 10) @nawoo 151 points
  11. Josh Murphy has been winding back the years this first half. Deserved 2-0 lead.

Look good, how many do you eat in one sitting?
  13. And Union get a last minute winner to secure survival Heidenheim in Europe if Leverkusen win the DFB Pokal...
  14. Verstappen just about takes pole position. Ferrari flopped but both Mclarens within a tenth of a second. Hopefully they can double team Max tomorrow to make it a decent race.
  15. You almost had the regrets there but Piastri saved your blushes .
  16. Doing this... Was also tempted with this:
  17. Interesting as I read a piece from their CEO or someone who was mentioning how whilst De Zerbi has made a lot of public demands, behind the seasons he understands the clubs position etc etc. Seems like that may not be the case? From an outside perspective I think he wanted more investment than there has been, if you look at their net spend on transfers over the last two seasons they've made about £150m. Of course Brighton have their model, are happy where they are in the league, will recruit again and go again, but it seems like De Zerbi wants more, I couldn't imagine Brighton wanting to sack him, especially with no Europe next year so they can just concentrate on the league. I don't think Brighton will struggle too much it has to be said, though they will want to be wary of changing managers too often now as this will be 3 managers in 2 years.
  18. "Mutual agreement". I suspect either Brighton will have a new manager within a week or De Zerbi will have a new job, and that will tell us just how mutual the decision was....
  19. Was going to pick Norris for pole but everyone went for Charles. If wrong I'd be 5 down early on.
