Ah that's right. These superhero films are being regurgitated every other week its hard to keep track. Disney I reckon will benefit in the long run with having Iger back. He's already said Disney has focused far too much on 'messaging', and the quantity of content vs the actual quality of it. This Snow White film however isn't going to help them. Apparently they are already on an apology tour.

Disney is losing millions because their films are shit. Look at Marvel's most recent release, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. High budget film using a recycled plot. No one went to see that. Indiana Jones, Ant-Man, the Little Mermaid, and Secret Invasion all did poorly on release. She-Hulk had a quarter of a billion operating budget. Who the fuck even watches that? Think I read Disney hasn't had a positive operating income on theatrical/streaming releases since early 2022.

Whole purpose of Disney to begin with was to free imagination. Could you imagine if Disney made Hercules looking like an Eastern European psychopath murdering his family?

I've lost all interest in Star Wars. The new trilogy was shit and it left a permanent scar on the franchise for me. They did make a slight comeback with Rogue One, which for me is the 3rd best Star Wars film ever made. Solo was also a decent watch. It's no secret Disney want to create more diversity and inclusivity, but don't do it for the sake of doing it and pissing about with the plot. Rogue One is a brilliant way to go about it. Mandalorian was good for me up until season 3. Obi Wan was a major let down. Haven't seen Andor (which tbf looks something I'd like) and don't have the motivation to watch Asokha. Don't get me started on Marvel. Junk food cinema. I'd say after seeing Godzilla Minus One, Hollywood as a whole is looking shit. Lazy, cookie cutter plots with high production time and time again.

Pro career mode is still unplayable for a variety of development/programming reasons, which will leads to abandoning the save after maybe 2-3 seasons. Career mode with a club is simply boring after how many installments of FIFA. Don't get me started on Ultimate Team. I find the only way, and I mean the only way, to truly enjoy FIFA anymore is to create a club, start out in League 2, and have strict youth development requirements and virtually no budget. FIFA 23 I think I was 8 seasons deep in my career mode for my created club.

Godzilla Minus One : 9/10 Recommend all of you to get off your arse and see it.
