  1. What I'm trying to say is that I don't think the 3-4-3 doesn't work. Conte practically won 7 titles using this formation. What I am saying is that we found it easy last year. No Europe to deal with and teams didn't know how to expose the 3 at the back, as they rarely came across it in England. What makes this formation successful, is having the right players. Cesc isn't a deep CM, Alonso and Moses are limited fullbacks and Cahill can't play from the back. When teams put pressure on us, that is when our weak links truly get revealed in the limelight.
  2. To be honest, I rate that Moroccan lad. Fine defender and played s crucial part in Morocco almost qualifying for the WC
  3. Don't think he'd be making these threats if he didn't have the full backing of Roman. The board have yet again weakened the team after a title win. Hope Conte keeps his word. Far too many underperformers.
  4. Teso was too busy supporting Real Madrid last year to notice the hypocrisy.
  5. Ah the good ole, "mindgames" people think Mourinho is portraying, rather him being just a plain irritable person. Funny how people still fall for the former, when the reasons he got sacked at Real and Chelsea were because he lost the dressing room. 3rd season capitulation syndrome. Already talking about leaving United too. But it's all mind games though, nothing at all to do with his attitude, that some lable as 'Greatness"
  6. "By far the greatest goalscorer" Yet has the worst conversion rate of any top striker.... "The other depends too much on Barca's system" Yet carried both Barca and Argentina to where they are at now My god
  7. 'Invest players in January to appease Conte?' Are they trying to wind us up?
  8. Last year, teams wouldn't press our back 3 (bar City, Spurs, and Arsenal in the FA Cup Final) That in itself gave us the advantage as we had the space to move the ball freely and as a cohesive unit. Mix that in with no European fixtures, the focus and fitness of our players were top notch. We are easily exposable now. Teams now know that if they put pressure to our back three, it forces our wingbacks to drop deeper. They put pressure on our wingbacks, especially limited ones like Alonso and Moses, we only have two midfielders as outlets, to which they themselves are under pressure, leaving us no choice but to hoof it. I believe this has created a lack of confidence in the side. Change is needed and a good run of victories. I'm 100% sure Conte is capable of it.
  9. Conte is on course to suffer the same fate as Ancelotti. Ancelotti never had a plan B (ignoring the fact that our board fucked him in the summer by getting rid of Deco, Ballack, and Joe Cole and only replacing them with fucking Ramires). 3 at the back for me is finished. When teams like Palace expose your weakness, it's time to change it up. . Morata Hazard------------------Pedro ------Kante----Drinkwater-- Bakayoko Azpilicueta---Luiz---Rudiger----Zappacosta Courtois
  10. Don't give yourself too much credit, I said you may be right. To which incidentally, we actually won every game since. So no, you're wrong. And as was I
  11. Right. So a Chelsea fan, named Alonso Conte, who lives in Barcelona, and was wearing a Liverpool kit and LCFC scarf is who we should be targeting.
  12. Have a theory a traumatising incident occurred in his youth that involved a Chelsea fan, in Barcelona, who's last name was Conte, and was coincidentally wearing a Liverpool kit with an LCFC scarf.
  13. Scout a future star from the catalogue is a must for me. Once you find him, unlock all the 'focused training', and inject him with the roids during training sessions. Got my lad at 16, 58 rated at the start of the season. Now 70 rated coming into March.
  14. Already cleared it up. Even said if we were to offer him a 10 year extenstion, he'd take it. https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/morata-denies-he-wants-to-leave-chelsea-for-juventus-after-italy-/1fumrnpg15s8b146idzik495dj
  15. Scholes + Keane = Good

    Iniesta + Xavi = Better

    Messi + Alves = Best

  16. Pep is still financially backed more than any other manager in the world (Apart from Emery) That said, it's something I admire from City. Ambition. Mix in some academy products and you lot are heading in the right direction.
  17. Justice was served in 2012 so not really arsed. And Barca finished 3rd the season before Pep. So don't know where this best team of the world nonsense came from. Especially when he got rid of Ronaldinho and Deco.
  18. Morata and Costa would never work. Neither would want to sit out for the other.
  19. Kante and Drinkwater back. Pedro back in the starting XI. Actually fairly optimistic.
  20. District 10 confirmed. Just hold on a couple more years Vikus!

I'd prefer Hollywood get off its arse and give him the green light for the Aliens sequel that he wanted to do. I remember him once saying that he wanted to finish District 10 and close the chapter only if he could do a great story.
