  1. I'd actually would really like to see Enrique at Everton. His revamp at Barca was great, and I'd like to see how he'd get on in another environment.
  2. Who said anything about a draw you muppet? It's the matter of it. Parking the bus with the most expensive team ever assembled, against a side in poor form and a shite defence. Definitely title winning material there. In 2015, we beat Liverpool at Anfield. Drew at United, and Drew at City, whilst being the better team in all three. You won't see that Mourinho anymore. Mourinho is a result driven manager, and the spanking we gave him last year will forever be in his mind. Hence the bus being firmly parked against any top side away. And last I checked, the season didn't end in October
  3. Most expensive team in the world, parking the bus against a team with a poor defence. Talk about taking the L
  4. He's talking about the time he faced Matic. During a time when Matic was actually very good.
  5. How much of an impact does Futsal at youth level effect a professional footballers technical ability?

I'd say it inculcates an immense control in tight spaces and also teaches players movement around the player holding the ball so its not just improving your technical ability on the ball but off it as well.

Another of its biggest benefits is practicing to pass in tight spaces and anyone that has played proper futsal and not that five-a-side rubbish we have here is that they'll know about the training methods on not holding the ball for more than two touches.  Making triangles which is the tactics that are practiced time and tome again so as to move and make new triangles so as to have an avenue to create and advance.  Dribbling is mainly only used when there is no option to pass.  Close ball control (remember the ball is a lot smaller than a regular football) and understanding the movement of the sphere and the rival you have in front of you.

Can't see how it wouldn't be a benefit. It forces you into playing in tighter spaces.

  6. What's worse is that Mourinho's teams are in fact capable of playing great football, as previous seasons have shown. He's a lot more cautious now, as I firmly believe the 5-0 defeat to Barca, 5-2 defeat to Spurs, and 4-0 defeat to Us forever lingers in his mind.
  7. Lahm is the pinnacle of consistency. Along with Zanetti.
  8. Taking off Hazard in need of a goal, for Willian. Just baffling
  9. Think us going after Tolisso over the summer may have been as an upgrade to Fabregas. Poor tactics and poor performances really. Everyone is to blame.
  10. Regardless of player performances, Conte has to do better with our approach. And Azpilicueta made bloody Kalorov look like Roberto Carlos. Again, Roma pissed through our midfield like they weren't there, not to mention with our weak wingbacks, our defence were always going to get exposed. A lot of it has to do with how we set up.
  11. Last night was an example of one team sitting back with another the freedom to do whatever they'd please. No defender did well, with the main contributor lying soely on the amount of space we gave Roma. Christensen still performed better than Azpilicueta and Cahill with being nearly 7 years younger.
  12. Costa leaving has nothing to do with it. Some of the players are simply not good enough, especially when they continue to play as we have no other options. It was evident Conte didn't want to go into the season with the starting XI and bench we see now.
  13. Piss poor tactics mixed in with a handful of poor performances. To which these poor performances came about from the same off-form players playing. To which these 'off-form' players continue to play because we have no other fucking options either due to injury or zero depth. 2010 - Title Win 2011 - Poor Transfer window, team capitulation and sacking of Carlo 2015 - Title Win 2016 - Poor Transfer window, team capitulation and sacking of Mourinho. 2017 - Title Win 2018 - ? From leaving things late to not addressing areas of weakness. From low balling offers, not securing the manager's targets and simply put not strengthening the overall team. Just begs the question why there is a continuing habit that after a title win, we do all of the mentioned? I'll ask again, what is the fucking definition of insanity? Conte isn't off the hook either. He has to deal with what he has at his disposal, and he has zero excuses for implementing such cowardly tactics.
