    Also, something I forgot to add above. The senior-junior culture still exists in Pakistan. Something that Ganguly and John Wright dismantled long back for us. 

    Shoaib Akhter pretty much said the same things in his autobiography ' Controversially Yours '

    Miandad and Afridi had a spat two three years ago which ended by both appearing in a video to settle it

    Kedar Jadhav on the other hand could be a doubt. He has picked up a shoulder injury and is out of the IPL and a doubt for the World Cup. I wonder who they take if he misses out - Pant or Rayadu. 

    On a side note Afridi's autobiography has put out some interesting bits on Waqar, Miandad, Sohail and Wasim.

    Poor team selection this should have at least played Amir or Junaid, Shaheen and Hussnain are too inexperienced for death over bowling

    Shoaib Malik has some very serious family related stuff going on which hasn't been disclosed he has been given a 10 day leave and will miss the T20 and the first ODI.

    To be honest he was looking like he was playing with very much stress for a while now, hopefully this doesn't has anything to do with his martial life

    AB said IPL is better than the World Cup and i agree with him (from an entertainment point of view) World Cup has been a snore fest for most of its history, previous formats were quite boring till after group stages.

    Iman Wasim will and has to consolidate his place as a genuine all rounder 

    Junaid Khan will be our main bowler if Amir fails in this series. Shaheen Afridi is the one to look out for

    Gaming is a habit that fades away as people get older compared to other entertainments like movies, theater, music etc which people still do even despite all those things you mentioned but i guess grown men playing video games isn't something that people really like

    I think its a good thing honestly because you want to please a bigger demographic and not every game is for everyone.

    On that note, Mortal Kombat 11 is quite good if anyone wants to pick it up. Decent Story Mode, decent Krypt system and I think you can actually learn the combat system quite quickly since its got stop-frames and the wakeup/recovery frame system is very simple compared to games like Street Fighter. Don't get me wrong its got a lot of hidden complexity with the reversals and the block system but its a lot more easier to get into now.

    My cousin had a PS2 and he had Mortal Kombat Deception, in the story mode i was struck in a particular stage, looked forward going there and kept making plans on how to get past the stage meanwhile but then life happened he went overseas and took his PS2 with him and i never got past that stage.

    Sad ending

    A lot of people seem to lose their passion for gaming by the mid 20s as i have seen maybe its because the graphics are definitely impressive but gaming has become  difficult for the casual people, you have to become a pro to properly play them at least.
