Her private school that preached Hope, Truth, and Love, are now doing things that show that they appreciate homophobia, lying to avoid tough convos, and putting more time/effort/money into new hires over seasoned staff. She's on the verge of taking a break and being a stay-at-home Mother if she doesn't come to terms with it. But yeah, we are fortunate on that regard and that she can quit, work part time, or do whatever and we are still fine financially.

Fair enough. That's just different here so it's obviously a difference of culture. Good luck with that though mate. I haven't stressed about schools, but the public ones here are actual quality so I'm not too fussed, but the idea of having to look elsewhere would probably drive me mad after awhile.

Yeah - luckily is pissed with her job, and so she is MORE than willing to stay at home and help nurse her to health while I get my head wrapped around the new job.

I'm not Catholic and I'm not sure why a few sprinkles could help you get into a school, and even if it did, I'm not sure why you can't just the sprinkles were given. I studied Catholicism when in college, and a lot of it doesn't make any sense to me as it's most steeped in tradition and nothing actually biblical.

Just pollen and such. I wouldn't call it Hayfever per say, but it's just some very annoying congestion.

I just saw this thread, so it's nice to be able to have a place to praise the kid. My daughter is 3.5 now, and absolutely brilliant. Sleeps like a rock (when she's not sick), sweet as a button and always gives me hugs and wants to hold my hand when Rasputin comes on in Anatasia. Wants to buy things for her friends, and just a smart and brilliant kid. Worst thing BY far is that her allergies have been running rampant this year and she continues to get a running nose, surplus of snot, and a slight fever. By then, all she wants is to snuggle with Mom or I and sleep. Poor little angel. I'm worried that her teen years are going to be HORRENDOUS, because in all honestly, this is a bit too easy at this point.

Price has been awful in the regular season for a few years now, but this playoffs he was absolutely unreal. We get swept by the Leafs if it wasn't for Price. Bergevin is fucking ripped and doesn't fear shit. It's great if he is making the right calls, which luckily he's done recently.

I'm still not sure what people dislike so much about Merkel. She's respected across the world, led Germany through some 6 U.S. Presidents and remained on great terms, rose the GDP and I think she did well with all the Brexit shit. I wish she could come here and lead our country for a decade, although the way politics are here, I wouldn't wish that for anyone.

@Viva la FCB - Did you hear Price waived his NMC and Montreal didn't protect him for the upcoming Kraken draft? Unlikely that Seattle take him as it would greatly help the Canadiens and that contract is a beast, but still crazy to thing that Carey Price could be playing for another team next year.

Man, I'm somewhere between annoyed and livid. Once again, we are ending a weekend with my daughter being sick. Nothing serious, but a fever, running nose, and watery eyes, and this is like the 4th or 5th weekend in a row where this has happened. It could be allergies, but the only real outside time we had this weekend was when we all went tubing down the Chattahoochee River so I'm at a complete loss of what to do with a child that loves the outdoors, but the outdoor's feeling aren't mutual.
