Game over if it stays. If Biden keeps Wisconsin, AZ, and Nevada, then Trump will not win re-election.

Again, if you want to take about Far-Right people in congress, I can offer you MANY Far-Left crazies in the congress. It really does go both ways and there are a lot of people in Washington who won their seat by being extreme. I don't understand it, but it'd be ignorant that it doesn't exist.

Okay, so I'll try to give my explanation of why votes, particularly new voters, would go with Trump. People believe that international organizations in which US are in involved in, screw over our country as we typically are left with bills for said organizations. Trump ran on the platform of getting out of all organizations and agreements that he believes are best for America. Before Covid, our economy was absolutely booming. My stocks were through the roof, business was better than ever, and people were happy and had jobs. While that has changed with Covid, it still is in the minds that people don't blame Trump for Covid, and remember was it was like before the pandemic. Trump and the Republican party align very strongly with Catholics and the very religious party. They don't believe abortions or the death penalty should be legal, so on a spiritual front, a lot of people (like my Mom), vote Republican for this reason. Republicans also believe in the Right to Bear Arms and stricter immigration, both of which Trump has believed in and so that is why Republicans usually win the southern and midwestern states (which are where the most guns are). Republicans believe in less debt, smaller government, and typically have nightmares of socialism or communism, which Trump has taken advantage of by aligning Hillary and now Biden with socialism which has clearly hurt the Democrats from getting the undecided voters. And whether or not you believe it's true or should be true, a lot of Americans believe we are the greatest and strongest country in the world, and years of Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc, where we basically played the nice guy in the world, led to many countries taking advantage of us. Trump is the exact opposite and has brought this nationalist view of is us against the world and a lot of people have rallied behind it.
-
Completely unfair there. I'm don't know anything about English Politics, but there are some major politics views that align with the Republican Party. My Mom, a Conservative voter, is so because she believes that her values and morals align more with the Party. Does she like Trump? Absolutely not, but she is voting for the party and not the candidate, which is actually a pretty popular stance although i don't share it.

Complaining about something that you have the ability to change just seems like heading your head against a brick wall that won't move. I'm ashamed of my country having Trump as a president, but AT WORST, he can only be in office for 8 years, 4 of which he has already held and this country hasn't fallen apart yet. My sister is what I would call an extreme Liberal, and she already has plans for her and her husband to leave the country if Trump is re-elected. I'm not that extreme, but what I'm saying is that if you are so eager to leave (which you had stated numerous times), then leave and find happiness elsewhere.

Naw, I still (sadly) think Brazil will likely take the cake on that one. Sorry @El Profesor
-
Haha, why are you confident in GA? If we voted Blue, it would be the first time in YEARS that Georgia wasn't a red state. I'm almost positive Trump will win Georgia just based on history and the fact that we had a major senate race between Perdue and Ossof, and it's not looking good for the liberals there either.
-
Certainly agree. Trump still has the monologue of not being a 'politician'. And while I certainly like Biden and believe he'll be elected when it's said and done, I think the Liberals played the wrong hand (as they did with Hillary) as Obama was very polarizing here so picking his VP scare a lot of middle-of-the-road voters. This extreme right vs extreme left is incredibly frustrating and really is dividing this country.
-
No offense, but you are certainly free to leave as you aren't being held captive mate. Why would anyone think this would be a massive landslide either way. Politics here have been going extreme for some time now, so getting a Trump type figure elected absolutely makes sense and was a long time coming.
-
What is shocking, sad, and incredibly disappointing is the fact that Marjorie Taylor Greene got elected to Congress. Why is this shocking? She is an extreme conspiracy theorist, promotes QAnon (Conspiracy group that believe liberals run a massive underground sex trafficking ring, and also believes the world is improperly being run by Jews).

So far, I have 2 wrong, 7 correct, and 4 are unknown as of now. Arizona was the biggest surprise to me. I was crazy to think about Iowa picking Biden but I was hoping. Right now, it's not looking too great for Biden. He is leading in Nevada and Wisconsin, which would give him 254. He is losing Michigan, Penn, NC, and GA at the moment, but all are so incredibly close. If Michigan and Penn turn for Biden (which is very likely), then Biden will become president. Also crazy to think that Georgia is not done yet, as Trump is winning with just over 100,000 votes with 94% expected turnout already counted, but most, if not all, of that left uncounted is early voting is metro Atlanta, which will likely be major Biden votes. Today and the rest of this week will be very interesting.
-
Why? Trump can win Florida and still likely lose the election. Biden is currently ahead in Ohio and Penn, and if that remains the same, it's over for Trump
-
Funny enough, we used to be a very Blue state, but that changed in the 70's I believe. Metro-Atlanta has become so massive, that it's only a matter of time before this state is Liberal. And our Senate elections look like both will be won by a Democrat (Lucy McBeth and Jon Ossof), so signs are pointing up for us. But yes, if we are Blue tonight, I might be getting a wee bit drunk.
-
I don't think that's the case, but these mail in ballots aren't usually common, but this year they are massive. I would be shocked if ballots were counted until weeks after the election. Here in GA they said that they will have it all counted today and reported, although if could be past midnight here locally before a winner for the State can be declared.

So far, Yahoo seems to have the best layout to vote counting. https://www.yahoo.com/elections

A lot of businesses are closed today for Election Day. It just happens to be my daughter's 3rd birthday so the Wife and I will pick up her favorite food, and then come home to play/watch the results.

They usually start flowing in around dinner time here (6-7pm EST).
-
Agreed. My state, Georgia, is certainly a battleground it appears. The votes will really start to take shape around 8pm EST tonight, and usually Georgia counts the rural votes first (which will lean heavily towards Trump), and it'll finish with Atlanta which should be massively Biden, so it'll be interesting to watch it all unfold. The goal is to reach 270 Electoral Votes, and so far, Biden is likely to be at 203, whereas Trump is 125 (based on history and voting patterns). I'm going to go on a limb and predict what I think each state will vote. The list of battleground states is below, with the number of electoral votes beside it. BLUE are Biden, and RED are TRUMP Texas - 38 Florida - 29 Pennsylvania - 20 Ohio - 18 Michigan - 16 Georgia - 16 North Carolina - 15 Arizona - 11 Wisconsin - 10 Minnesota - 10 Colorado - 9 Iowa - 6 Nevada - 6 Which would mean Joe Biden wins with 285, compared to Trump's 253. I have a feeling that Georgia and Florida will be blue tonight, and would literally be overjoyed if Georgia is in fact, Blue....but it'll be an interesting night for sure.

Watched a couple of these matches last weekend as the Eredivisie is televised here as part of the ESPN+ plan. That Feyenoord match was rather entertaining and had some immense goals. Disappointed in Utrecht thus far, as I expected them to do better this year, but thus far have been a mid-table team. This weekend they go up against Ajax in what is sure to be a blood bath. WEEKEND MATCHES Friday, November 6, 2020 Fortuna Sittard vs PEC Zwolle Saturday, November 7, 2020 ADO Den Haag vs Twente VVV vs Heracles RKC Waalwijk vs Sparta Rotterdam Sunday, November 8, 2020 Utrecht vs Ajax Vitesse vs Emmen Feyenoord vs Gronigen Geerenveen vs AZ PSV vs Willem II

That is true. Same with baseball here, to become an ump is so difficult and you can tell that these umps are so accurate. -

I agreed at college football is probably the most passionate fanbases here in the States, but I know I'm biased as I went to Alabama. Yet we have reviews, and it works. -

But we have reviews in all sports, and you can't honestly tell me with facts that EPL fans are more passionate than NFL fans, and still we rarely have issues. -
Welcome sir!

Yes, obviously there are areas where you can rest and refuel, even nap, but it's a straight run. Here is a video of the Moab 240

Which is ironic as Apple has started making updates to their phones and got sued for it as the updates wouldn't work on older phones. Fitbit screwed up by not moving forward. They took forever to get a basic GPS watch (which was the Iconic and quite simply, ugly as shit), and just held onto the fact that they track steps (which every watch does now). My wife uses the Apple watch, and hates the lack of battery life (I think she has the Version 3), as she can't go a whole day without having to charge it. Quite frankly that would drive me crazy, but I'm not sure if the SE is any better (as I don't use Apple Products so I don't know much about their specs).
