@Mpache genuinely, and I've lost count of how many times we have all said this in literally anything you've started, but in this new venture wish you all the best etc. But what does it take you build a business, even if it is just a 'small snack store'. Target market? Location? Quantity? Ingredients? Staff? Funding? Good quality food - taste, visually appetising? Marketing? Home-based or out and about? What do you want out of it? It might be worth looking HERE and seeing some tips to make it last and get the outcome you want.

In addition to that which I didn't mention, he may have joined for coaching reasons/UEFA licenses at a top club etc. I don't specifically know how the UEFA license coaching badges work but it wouldn't surprise me if Spurs have been able to offer this and it might have been an offer where Spurs have been a better proposition than any other club.
