How old is she? I found younger colleagues tended to start effing and blinding needlessly without thought for the consequence even if there was no punishment (I.e. your managers perception of you dropping)
um, 30 I think. So not much older than me. To be honest, I'm on her side. The manager has treated others a bit badly and unfairly and I've witnessed it.
I've told her to start making notes and logging stuff as proof in case it does go any further. Then she has evidence as opposed to just words.

If not that style then maybe something else. The current penalty system has absolutely no help for the keepers. One can almost count it as a goal when the referee awards a penalty. The conversion rate is so high
they get a lot of help already by not being penalised for jumping off their line at penalties .
Adrian at West Ham is absolutely terrible for this.

England absolutely smashed it against Scotland. Easy win 61-21. Win against Ireland next week and the record is theirs.

Clock should be stopped when the ball goes out of play or during an inury
Penalties should be taken in the way it used to be in MLS during the mid 90s or whenever that was.... Right now there is almost zero excitement in a penalty because the conversion rate is so so high
definitely disagree on the penalties MLS style. Think it's tacky and amateurish.

the bit where the youngest child strolls through in the walker makes it. doesn't give a shit as has no idea what's going on

Ireland losing last night all but guarantees England the Grand Slam. Also have the opportunity to equal the world record of consecutive wins later on.

You're in a no win situation, she needs to remove the emotion from the situation to understand what her needs are.
Yeah I've told her that she needs to keep on doing the job she's doing cos everyone can see it's good what she does. Plus i've told her to actually seek some professional advice or at least raise her concerns with HR.

been dragged in to a colleague's dispute with her boss who treats her like a child compared to other members in their team. I get on with both of them so this is difficult especially when she's telling me he's a fucking cunt, prick and other names . Have tried to keep it balanced in my advice without trying to sound like I'm not listening to her and not bad-mouthing him as well.

Haha Berisha is hated by everyone.
3-1 to Victory with just over half hour to go. Been a very open game though.

might sound a bit naff but i've experimented a lot with chicken and using different amounts of spices or sauces for the marinade. doesn't sound like anything special but this is coming from someone that would cook very little up until a couple of years ago. Much of that through laziness.
Recently made a very, very nice BBQ chicken and pasta dish. Think it was the best thing I've made apart from making a few pizzas for the family a few years ago
I need to be a bit more adventurous in the kitchen, admittedly. If anyone knows of any simple recipes or simple dishes that can be cooked with some level of flexibility (i.e. nothing too strict, by the book etc) that'd be great!
