  1. Apparently they want to do Peter pan next. I wouldn't mind seeing some other films done. The idea of a bell and beast bonnie and clyde murder spree seems hilarious
  2. @Dr. Gonzo I like the idea of taking kids shows and making more adult versions of them when the kids who watched them grow up. I remember that power rangers fan film they made a few years ago where there was sex, drug use and people ketting killed. It was good. Its a way of being nostalgic but with more adult content.
  3. Lol I remember you saying your not to keen on violence
  4. That wasn't quite what I was expecting
  5. I think it would be quite bad if he did. I've said loads of times there isn't much loyalty in football. However the club stuck by him and a lot of clubs would have sacked him. Also the pressure of managing Barcelona would be much greater than at arsenal. He wouldn't be given much time. Thats if the story is even true
  6. The latest drama is that matt hancock is going into I'm a celebrity. He's been suspended
  7. Actually I think this is more like @Devil-Dick Willie
  8. 5 league titles is impressive mate. Maybe not an era of dominance but still very impressive
  9. I wouldn't go that far mate. The thing is with Abramovich was even when you weren't outstanding other clubs you still did well. He wanted Chelsea to succeed. Maybe for the wrong reasons but neverless he did. I think your new owners just want to make money. They will only invest when it means they will make more money. So they may invest to get you in the champions league but not invest to take you to the next level. Similar to our owners. Unfortunately bad ownership is a part of modern football
  10. To be fair though Chelsea lost that financial muscle with the massive inflation of transfer fees. When Abramovich first came he had enough money to make Chelsea richer than everyone but as football inflated his money wasnt enough and other clubs could outspend them. These American owners don't seem to understand football that well. I think the Chelsea era may be over.
  11. I think sometimes it isn't as always simple as saying who has the strongest squad. Players have to gel then you have strength in depth, certain players not on form etc. Remember that real madrid side in the early 00's. Had the best players in the world but couldn't win back to back la liga titles.
  12. I'd be surprised if you finish above us this season. A ten point gap will be hard to make up
  13. I'm not sure if top 4 is easy for anyone this season except for man city. The other top 5 are all around a similar level I think. Then you have Newcastle doing well as well
  14. I think Chelsea are the only top 6 team to have dropped points at home against another top 6 team. Is that a worry? @Bluewolf @Cicero
  15. How left are the south american parties though? I mean our conservative party is probably less right wing than the american democrats. In Britain there is a hugh majority of support for the NHS. There is also a large majority of support for foreign aid and a majority of people support action on climate change. I don't like the conservatives but compared to the right in some countries they aren't to bad. A lot of people are conservative because they think labour give to many benefits away. And I have met many who are nice people. Don't think you can be that nice if you are to right wing though. As soon as you are happy to send people back to a country to be killed and tortured or happy to let homeless people not get health care you are an asshole as far as I'm concerned
  16. Its always the same with these nutters. 99% of the time they trust doctors and scientists but when they tell them the earth is getting warmer or to get vaccinated they don't except it and trust some guy on the internet with no credentials and then call people sheep for doing what they do the other 99% of the time
  17. I never said farage said it. I said he never corrected Johnson.
  18. You didn't actually answer my point though was that where did he correct johnsons claim about EU costs? Like I said he said it after the referendum not before as far as I'm aware. He scaremongered all the time about immigration not just from Turkey. I'm pretty certain I could get more lies but cant be bothered
  19. We could have actually kept immigration down more even in the EU but we didn't. It was something about being able to deport people from eu countries if they don't get work with a certain time period but we didn't. And that was under a conservative government
  20. I remember him saying it the day after on ITV. Unless you have evidence otherwise I have no reason to think he said it during the campaign. Even if he did he has told plenty of other lies
  21. He said all that after brexit had won. He never said it during the campaign. Mate you talk some noncence but that was bad even for you. Farage was one of the pivotal people in the leave campaign and he has told plenty of lies. When I said he was an idiot I meant for all the lies and hatred he spreads
  22. So I have a bit of a concern. If Sunac becomes pm the racists won't vote for conservative. Which makes me worry that they will vote for ukip or possibly BNP. Now I'm not worried about the BNP but I am concerned about a conservative ukip coalition. How likely is this? Because I will seriously consider leaving the country if that happens. @Stan @RandoEFC @Dr. Gonzo
