    Liverpool have had a lot of injuries in particular. My question is, how many did you have under Klopp in the last 2 years, and how many did spurs have under Poch? Both teams famous for working hard, surely they're working hard in training too. We have to remember that even though the 90 minute game is the product of a teams effort, most of that effort is in training 6 days a week. Perhaps Klopps strength and conditioning team is shit. Maybe the Physio or exercise scientist is a kook. Maybe its the physical demands placed on the team in training behind closed doors. Maybe they're just unlucky.

    I'm a less is more weight loss dude. I like to do it with minimal changes for maximum results as I've said before. I'll jog an extra day a week, add a little cardio post workout and eat less snacks, gradually increasing all those things over time to get the results I want. I'm not into big dramatic changes.

    He's genuinely in Mr Olympia level shape. His body composition numbers are closer to Ronnie Colemans or big Ramys than to a normal human.

    Fat free mass index is a bit of broscience. But it's not your weight that's suspicious. Being 11% bodyfat at 123 kilos and 6'1 is Mr. Olympia territory. 

    Arnold was 106 kilos at 6'2 at his absolute biggest. Would have been 7% or so.
