I'm fine, just got that biological urge to spread the seed amongst as many fertile soils as possible

    Jerk of twice a day.
Don't make scenarios in your head.
You have a woman. Never touch another, even if invited, even if it's a slight gesture. Anything beyond a handshake is gonna put shit in your head

I'm pretty sure the electric cage in TNA was what led to his infamous row with Vince Russo which effectively was the beginning of the end for him in TNA. It was that or another bizarre Russo suggestion where he eventually lost it.

Listening to podcasts like Grilling JR, 83 weeks, Something to Wrestle With etc. has somewhat changed my opinion on Cornette. I get the impression you need somebody with his grounded approach to wrestling on a booking team to stop the product getting carried away in any form of wrestling company. He comes across as very difficult to imagine working with but then again so do they all (Heyman, Pritchard, Dunn, JR etc).

The guy has done everything in wrestling. Given everything to wrestling, and contrary to belief, doesn't hate everyone under 100kgs. He loves the UE boys, and Fin Balor for example. The things he dislikes are generally quite reasonable. Yeah, he's old fashioned, but I do think you need that opinion around.

  3. I'm in stitches. Actual stitches.

The best part, other than how stupid this whole fucking thing was, and Excalibur popping for Gilbergs pyro, is that Cortnette, the hated one. CALLED IT.

He did an entire 30 minute spiel on how historically silly matches like this go tits up, he spoke about an electrified cage match in impact that was dogshit, and an exploding cage match where because of misfiring pyro, the wrestlers had to pretend the cage would burn them ect ect. He said shit like this isn't worth the risk of looking dumb and that too much could go wrong.

    But what does he know?

I really need to get back into running, used to do a lot of 5/10K's but with lockdown completely stopped, I would probably struggle to do a mile now which is tragic.

PB for 10K was 62mins, 5K was 24mins. It sounds really stupid but I tend to hit the wall at the start of my races (i.e - 0.5miles) then do the race fine, as opposed to the other way round.

    You need more carbs.

Nunes with a very very easy win. She’s so good and by a long way the greatest of all time.

The Yan-Sterling knee ending was very bizarre.

Adesanya lost to Jan, the weight was clearly an issue but that should stop the hype train for now and to thibk some people actually thought he would beat Jon Jones.

    He likely could at 185.

Except that I consume zero mainstream media other than ABC and guardian and Twitter, wouldn't touch anything Murdoch and haven't watched a tv news bulletin in years.

62 vs 26% is damning mate. Albo is unfortunate, like all opposition leaders in Australia with covid given incumbents a boost and Scomo doing absolutely nothing to create a sense of bipartisanship or give Labor a look in with the national cabinet.

This current scandal is the closest thing yet that could shake it up, but I think it would take an opposition leader as relentlessly negative as Tony Abbott to hammer it home all the way through to the election to get within touching distance.

ABC is run by the sitting party. AKA the libs.
And as Spike just said, that 62 vs 26 has nothing to do with anyones personality. At all. If news reporting was just an unbias telling of current events you think the smirking greasy coal fondling rapist protector would be 62%? The guy who was in Hawaii for the bushfires?

    Fuck you're naïve.

Not familiar with that name, I did know a taxi driver from Halewood who used to threaten his customers though and burn pictures of Roberto Martinez on OnlyFans. Not sure if there's a connection.

Nice to meet you though Mr. Willie.

Nice to meet you too Mr/Miss/Mrs Whiskey.

I have a feeling we'll get along just fine.

  8. I'm 28 in April. Never even had the slightest desire to have a child. Had lots of short term GFs, and I think my openness and stubbornness on the issue has definitely hurt me in seeking meaningful relationships. I get lumped into the fuckboi category unfairly (sometimes unfairly) and there is definitely still a residual social stigma on this choice of mine, even in a very progressive age

    I prefer the fast-food thread.

You gotta know when to hold em and when to fold em though.

Yesterday after the gym I was picking up some wholemeal rolls, and asked for a choc hotcross bun.
"Sorry we only do 6 packs"
That's cool, don't worry about it then
    "Why not just grab 6?"
Because then I'll have to eat 6
    "Thats the idea"

She was a dumpy lady too. People just have such little restraint these days.

I wouldn't say he carried Raw. That said, I wish they gave him the title in 2018 for a short run though as a reward for his heel work.

I've never looked at him the same way since that god awful stuff with Shane McMahon. Really halted him.

After that cage match loss... yeah that was a gross time. Never paid off for him either.

They made him WWE champion when no one viewed him as being good enough to even be considered a main eventer. Twice. He's the luckiest wrestler in WWE.

Not at all. When Brock was off doing brock stuff with the universal championship the Miz carried raw, and the IC title, the only singles title on the show. Between 2016-2018 there was no better heel in the company. He had great promos, great matches, great title reigns great feuds and it all came tumbling down when they moved him back to smackdown with no immediate plan beyond "wrestle Dbry at some point "

The company made him the star of their movies, and gave him multiple TV shows. They clearly see his value outside the ring.

  12. Love the hurt business but hate the waste of Miz. Could have done a nice IC style run, solid matches, a feud with Johnny drip drip. Lost the title at mania. RIP. He'll never leave the company though.

Do you have those super-injunction gagging order things in Australia?

Better. We have lord Rupert, and a complete and total media blackout on alternate opinions.
The ABC, our public broadcaster, is run by the sitting government. Liberal
Fairfax has a board stacked with formal Liberal party members and sycophants
    Newscorp is option 3.

Its fucking horrid. You get one take, blasted at you from all angles.
During election years the number of negative articles against labor and liberal sits at crazy numbers like 50-3, and positive articles like 100-10.
No one is talking about the sexual assaults that occurred, just like no one spoke about sports rorts, the ruby princess disaster, the NSW land clearing and the fact that Koalas are 20 years from extinction as a result, and the fact that the NSW premier was caught fucking a corrupt official, directly using her influence to aid some of his illegal dealings and lying to the anti corruption committee about it was spun into "she shouldn't have to apologize for being in love"

I'd have them up against the wall if they were lucky for treason personally. Piano wire more likely. It's a government that no longer even attempts to support the nation. At all. Not even in a misguided way. It's entirely about appeasing donors and their masters.

What I'm finding outrageous is the extent to which nobody in the media is mentioning the name of this minister due to not wanting to besmirch his name.

Nobody gave Weinstein or Cosby or Pell that luxury.

Same with the liberal staffer who is advised of raping 3 women. His name is out there on Twitter but nobody will report on it.

Makes me wonder the extent to which is driven by fear of the liberal party and their media backers rather than a true commitment to judicial process.

If it was Dan Andrews that was accused I feel this face would already be on the cover of the newspapers

    @Toinho @Devil-Dick Willie

This is why I outright attacked you for dissing labor. This countries politics is absolutely fucked.
