Klopp seems like the type of manager who wants to be at a club where everyone is pushing in the same direction, LFC media pretty much loved him, but like you say that won't be the case at Barce.
Pep is leaving City in a year, although I'm not sure he'd be willing to go back, even though he has a great relation with Laporta. He doesn't have much hair left to lose .
I do think Barcelona need to move on from employing ex players. It's time to bring in an experienced manager, who isn't called José Mourinho.

I hope he has the right guidance and mentoring to make sure he keeps rising. At 16 he's insane.
Yeah, Fati was class at that age(well he was a year older I think) but Yamal is a different level. The only thing that can stop this kid is injuries. He's got the highest dribbling success rate in Europe's top 5 leagues this season(if I'm not mistaken), can already see and pick out difficult passes, can beat players, is skilful and has a great long shot on him. He's not normal for a player of his age. It's easy to get ahead of yourself when it comes to young players at Barcelona, but this kid is literally putting the team on his back lately.
Barcelona need a manager like Klopp. He could do big things with this team in a few years. The season after next would be a perfect time.
@Danny spoke about the financial situation but you don't need to spend 100s of millions when producing talent of this nature and signing young gems like Pedri and Araújo. It's not like it worked with Dembele, Coutinho, Griezmann, Lenglet, etc. Even now, most of the best players are from the youth or were purchased as teens. The likes of Ferrán, Félix and Raphinha have their moments but largely disappoint. You obviously need to invest a bit, but it's not necessary to go overboard.
The problem is, managing Barcelona(or Real Madrid) is very different to Liverpool or Dortmund and there is added pressure. The media are also even 10 times worse than in England. Very toxic and sensationalist and this can be a big issue.

Yamal is special.

Yamal again. Already has vision and passing, can beat players for fun, skillful, a beast of a long shot...
Lewandowski also scored a beautiful goal, unfortunately he doesn't have them in him as regularly anymore.
3-3, but the defending has been awful. A shadow of the defence from last season, which was solid.

It’s a funny thing to happen but I think the issue is Tuchel. Vastly overrated and has never really proven he should be mentioned amongst elite managers
I've never rated him either. There are better German managers.
It makes you wonder if they will go in for Klopp. He said he wants a year off but after that, I think they will be interested.
I would prefer to see Klopp at Barcelona.
As for Kane, he's definitely not the problem. He's having a class season. You couldn't ask for much more, even though he's slowed down a bit since the Christmas break.
-
Yamal is having another great game in these opening 20 mins. Just beat a player and went on a run before playing a dangerous ball into the box, then 3 mins later, he's arriving at the back post to make it 1-0.
-
So Bayern win the last 10 leagues in a row.
Kane has never won a trophy, so goes to Bayern in order to win trophies.
Bayer 'Neverkusen', a team who have never won the Bundesliga before, then go on to win the league.
Just imagine that? Kane is cursed if that happens.

Mallorca 0-0 Real Sociedad
Atlético Madrid 0-1 Athletic Bilbao
The semi finals of the Copa del rey look interesting. I can see it being another Athletic Bilbao vs Real Sociedad repeat final of a few years back.
Can Athletic finally win it? They are the club with the 2nd most Copas with 23, but haven't won it since 1984, despite being in 6 finals since then.

Meth, Redman and 50 cent.
I thought it was an official track, but think it's a remix. Still decent though.

To answer my question: I'd say 90% standing, even though I do try to sit down every now and then because it's just more hygienic. But it's hard-wired into my brain.
But men who think they're extra manly because they are standing when they piss do make me laugh. They probably miss chocolate bars that say "not for girls" too.

Hopefully those two goals can give him confidence and also more minutes.
He's the type of player needed too. A number 9.
Yamal is also excellent for his age. Amazing to think he's 16.

Vitor Roque scored a goal today. 19th goal of the year. For a striker who is still only 18 years old, he looks very impressive.
Vitor Roque has scored 2 in his last 2 off the bench for Barcelona. Even in the games before that, he missed chances but got into great positions in the first place. His red card was laughable though. No way deserved.

@Devil The museum isn't bad is it mate? I took a trip around it before.

Girona from 0-1 down to 3-1 up at half time.
Dovbyk with a hatrick. He keeps getting better.
-
It's clear Yamal should be starter. 16 or not. Absolutely brilliant for his age.
This lad could be the next star in football. 2 Assists today, some nice dribble runs and nearly scored after hitting the bar.
The thing is, he's been hyped up since a kid in the youth for years.
Time to drop Lewandowski and have a front 3 of Yamal, Ferrán and Félix, with either Félix or Ferrán as a false 9.

I knew the Mexican Cartels would have some form of involvement.
The Jalisco nueva generación are trafficking weapons into Colombia and Ecuador at an alarming rate, which is obviously worrying for both countries.

Is it the CSCS test you're are doing?
Health and safety this one.
I do need to renew CSCS as well though soon, but that'll be Preston probably.

Aren’t you near Preston? We could grab some food and I’ll drop you off on my way home mate.
I'll send you my number on WhatsApp as I've already got yours. You should still have mine as well.
I was thinking of going to the museum since it's free and having a mooch about. That's if it doesn't rain
Lancaster mate, but dropping me off in Preston would be perfect.

That's weird I had a notification saying you'd quoted me in this post.
Clearly haven't though.
It quoted one of your posts for some reason, so I edited it and removed it. That'll be why mate.

@JoshBRFC I'm in Manchester next Thursday as I have a health and safety exam.
If you are still down there, we could have met up in Gay village x.
Luckily the test centre is 0.2 mile from Picadilly station. It'll literally take 7 mins to do the exam, so I might as well mooch around for a few hours after.
Carlo Ancelotti Signs New Real Madrid Contract

Well, his CV speaks for itself to be honest.
I'd agree myself.
Like players, managers have their day and are no longer the same after a while(see Mourinho) but Ancelotti has been able to adapt to and keep up with the times.
