What a pedal. I am lost for words at how good it gets when you learn to use it properly. I have now completely changed my tune on IR/CAB based modulation and have to say I feel bad I missed it at its peak.

That red on Romero is a cause-and-effect problem really. Where else was his leg supposed to go honestly? And it's a tackle to stop a ball. I can see why its given, but something tells me all the backlash from the weekend is going to rear its ugly head in ways we aren't ready for as the season starts to go on. I can also see a similar tackle not being given as a penalty or a red in the future as well and that's my actual problem with VAR, lack of consistency. If players knew what was going to be a sending-off, they'd stop doing it, but they still try their luck because they themselves know that refs are capricious in their thinking. They've lost two players to injuries too and have two red cards. Tough day for Spurs.

Ah yeah they got rid of that weird electron framework which was horrible on RAM so now everyone has to wait about a year before it stabilizes with the new framework. Weird really because this is a company that has a history of building some really stable voice-chat apps and they can't get this right.

England is the only country in the world that hasn't used this tech right. With the advent of auto-offside on the horizon now and the way that is getting better every day we have to just thank our stars that atleast they'll have one less thing to fuck up. Having said all that I stand by my comment from a while ago, ditch PGMOL referees and get an independent body to start doing VAR reviews across the globe. FIFA is being silly here as they are sitting on a gold mine that could be exploited any way they choose to.

The more I see refs use VAR in this league, the more I am convinced they don't know what they are doing. Which then begs the question of how they get some decisions right which are way more complex than the one today.

Almost done with Lies of P and have to say the more you play it, the more you realize why folks said it was good. It's not as technically hard to master as games like Elden Ring or Sekiro or even NiOh for that matter but the bosses are well thought out and if you've always shyed away from playing a souls-like this is a good game to get started. The weapon system to me is the true highlight of this game.

I tried to avoid Google potential questions but as we move forward it might get a bit harder. The Rules or How does this work? For people who haven't played before the game is very simple, there will be 10 questions asked per round and they may have multiple answers. The goal is to try and answer like the rest of the players. An example is, What is a common accompaniment with eggs for breakfast? And if you and 5 other people answer "beans" then you get 6 points. If your answer doesn't match anyone else's then you get one point. The idea is to gain as many points and get to the top of the list to be the Sheepiest of the lot. If there is ambiguity in the question, as is sometimes the case, I will put specific instructions next to the question as I know some of these can be close in wording and I try my best to group them together. They love a goal scorer and more importantly, as you stated, trophies. I'd even go so far to say that if he had won the WC with France it would have gone to someone else.

Was he as good this season as he was in the last? I'd argue he wasn't even at his full best at the WC but this season he's been phenomenal.

TBF it should have been Haaland but Messi won the WC and that was probably enough to tip it in his favor.
