Sorry I didn't mean to scare you... I was just there for your stash of goodies but your room was locked for some reason.
  2. Have you heard anything about this @Mel81x? https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2019/feb/14/elon-musk-backed-ai-writes-convincing-news-fiction
  3. Yeah I think most teams do to be honest... But it can also be the case that they did most changes "under the hood" instead of radically changing the whole car. Makes sense too considering that the car performed well last season as well... The front wing is by far the most interesting part for me this time. Ferrari & Sauber seem to have interpreted it completely different from Mercedes or Red Bull so it will be really interesting to see which concept performs best!
  4. Seems like an evolution of the last year's car with slimmer packaging, larger sidepods and smaller airbox? The front wing design is quite similar to Sauber's so that was not a dummy it seems!
  5. Seeing these pics makes me realise I do miss Europe a bit. Looks and sounds like a nice trip, Chris. Also @...Dan you need to check in here as we're starting to worry
  6. Watch out for Francesco Bagnaia, a rookie who managed to be second fastest in Sepang tests on a last year's bike... Ducati's look unbeatable.
  7. Simone Resta? I just hope the intention is not to make Sauber a testbed for Ferrari It's just a camouflage livery to hide the specific details on the car and they put the traditional Alfa Quadrifoglio symbol + hearts for Valentine's day haha.
  8. Yeah the whole front wing is really interesting. They seem to be angling the winglets towards the exterior to induce outwash but it looks such an extreme design! Also look at the complexity of the bargeboards: AMuS has posted a nice gallery and overview of more new details; very interesting read: https://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/formel-1/alfa-romeo-sauber-c38-f1-auto-2019/
  9. Yes they weren't joking after all! I'm not convinced it's a complete look though; think it will look different in testing.
  10. Yes I also like McLaren's livery! Much better than in recent years. The drivers overalls look like pyjamas though That Sauber livery is just one-off for testing. But there are already a few really interesting things in those leaked photos such as a very original and unconventional front wing if (it's not just a dummy for the rollouts) Weird looking nose as well (a bit similar to last year's McLaren). Rake seems to be quite high; an aggressive looking car overall. Love it. Definitely the most unique design so far. Very excited to see how it performs! More pics:

    Happy birthday Brian.
  12. Sauber showing some sneak peeks of its testing livery!
  13. We used to have a somewhat similar drink called Kefir which is basically fermented milk... I love it but it's definitely an acquired taste if you're not used to it haha. Traveling is all about exploring new things - including salty milk...
  14. It sounds like you're really having an unforgettable trip
  15. Hope you're still alive
  16. Or maybe they just want less drag and more downforce on Max's way to WDC
  17. Errr.... Where are the sidepods?... Are they really so tiny??? The most interesting design so far for sure; looks like a very tight package and it makes you wonder if Honda engine won't have issues with overheating The livery is beautiful but sadly I don't think it will be used during the actual season. Yet another one-off camouflage livery for the launch/testing apparently. That Mercedes one is quite nice as well. Very sleek design but doesn't look that different from the last year's car.
  18. Haha that was just a bit of a joke... Kimi's class though.
