  1. Yeah, it's completely fake
  2. I wanted to say, what a fucking weird trailer, and then I realised that it's a fake fan-made one The real trailer was unveiled during the Warner Bros CinemaCon Reel yesterday, should hopefully be released to the public soon... Either way, I need to rewatch the trilogy. Only the original one is stuck in my mind, but I barely recall anything from the other two...
  3. Yeah, he did really well under Anfang in Kiel, looks to fit into his system really well, so I hope he'll deliver but we still need more players, especially wingers. Still, I'm happy we are finally signing someone decent
  4. What a turn of events - we are signing Marvin Ducksch, after all!
  5. it's out now, the reviews aren't great though... Still will probably give it a chance.
  6. That's awful, and potentially career-ruining
  7. Looking forward to Afghanistan being added to the calendar as well.
  8. I already lost count on how many players we tried to sign and got rejected Linton Maina case is the most absurd. We agreed terms with him and with Hannover, and then he had a last-minute change of mind so now everyone is pissed off, even Hannover, as they are now trying to sell him to Hertha
  9. Hopefully by appointing a new competent sports director, who is directly responsible for that, as well as other members of the management.
  10. Yes, considering that this time we're getting more candidates than there are seats in the supervisory board; in recent years we usually chose 4 from 4 candidates, good ol' Soviet style In all seriousness, this looks like a solid list to me; all candidates with extensive experience and knowledge in business and finances, and in some cases, with good connections within local industry and politics.
  11. So 7 supervisory board candidates have been announced today. 4 of them will be voted in during the next annual member meeting in September. Harm Ohlmeyer - 53 years old, from Röttenbach (Bayern), Adidas' CFO. Also a good friend of Klaus Filbry. Oliver Spalthoff - 51 years old, from Bremen, CEO of Tractebel DOC (Deutsche Offshore Consult). Has experience in investment banking, auditing and business consulting. Has professsional ties with OHB, a space technology company in Bremen, the chairman of which is a current member of our supervisory board. Dr. Florian Weiß - 43 years old, from Starnberg, CEO of Jameda (an online doctor/patient portal). Studied business administration and journalism. Oliver R. Harms - 53 years old, from Bremen, an economist and businessman, spent over 25 years in Asia and is currently working for several Asian companies as a consultant and member of the board. Henning Lühr - 71 years old, from Bremen, a former State councilor of the Bremen finance department and is well connected in Bremen economy and politics circles. Was part of Weserstadion supervisory board for 18 years. Dirk Wintermann - 54 years old, from Grossenknetten, the only fan representative who made it to the final electoral list. Was nominated by the Werder fan club with the largest number of members. Professionally, he's the CEO of a family-run craft business. Alexander Schnitger - 36 years old, from Bremen, a co-owner of the "Karl Geuther Group" which is active in the logistics and trade sector. His grandfather was a lifelong sponsor of the Bremen city.
  12. Toto Wolff and Lawrence Stroll under investigation for insider trading? https://www.journaldemontreal.com/2021/08/23/megatransaction-en-f1-sous-enquete
  13. This is a bit creepy, but also amazing.
  14. Man, what a heartbreaking end of the race for WRT #41. Stopped on track on the final lap while leading their class
  15. Ha, we literally posted it at the same time
  16. Less than 2 hours left, and the gap between the two WRT cars leading the LMP2 class is only 1 second... Hope they don't take each other out while racing for the win.
  17. Ha, I don't care much about Kubica, but I like Ferdinand Habsburg, Louis Delétraz and Ye Yifei, so it's great to see them doing well!
  18. The real Maldonado's cousin, nonetheless!
  19. WRT still leading LMP2 with both cars! Toyota #8 with some issues and has lost its lead to the sister car.
  20. Same as blue flags in F1 - signals the backmarkers to let the faster leading cars through.
  21. This Alpine vs Glickenhaus battle is brilliant.
