I don't agree with this, at all. Eating food that isn't good for you doesn't make you thick or lazy, ffs.
Me and the Missus enjoy a takeaway at home (Indian/Chinese/Italian etc) on average i'd say once a month. And it's brilliant. She's a very good cook and i'm very lucky in the sense that she does 99% of the cooking, and they're all very good and healthy meals. But i also love those Saturday nights in chilled with the feet up, beer in one hand with the takeaway ordered. Life's too short to not enjoy the odd unhealthy meal.
I also probably have a KFC/McDonalds on average twice a month, i mainly go for their coffee's .
I also have the rare occasional cigarette, i don't know why it's fucking stupid but i just enjoy one every now and again, and out of both i definitely feel more stupid and cunt like for having the odd cigarette.
For those that eat shite every day then fair enough you have a point.
