Just read the attached and while I'm not quite in the position yet, I'm not looking forward to competing with that, especially with the lack of wiggle room I have (admittedly I'm not in North Wales, but have noticed houses going off estate agent websites very quickly.

Trying to get on the market now. Have a good enough deposit (been saving for a little while) and job security is fine so not worried about that. However, my salary has never been good enough to take out a good mortgage as a single buyer. July is the time I should have a decent salary to try and get on the property ladder but even then, the house prices are still ridiculous.

Just need to make sure I get the dispatch e-mail (rather than an out of stock one, though the transaction is pending on my bank account, which helps) and hope a kettle doesn't turn up in its place now.

Cheers for the help with that. Been looking at the tweets (not got Twitter) and managed to place an order with Very just now. Will take two weeks but no biggie really.

I think I've hit a new low in gaming. I'm trying to finish four side bits on Judgment to fully complete that area, of which two are easy to do and one I might struggle with. However, one part is being so much of a pain and my stupidity coming into play that I've spent 30 odd hours trying to get it. Is it a very difficult challenge? Is it a lengthy but enjoyable part of the game? No. It's getting a sodding Riichi Ippatsu on Mahjong just once.

I did admittedly play RE5 a bit, mainly due to the co-op. I think you know my opinion on RE6. I'm yet to play RE7 but heard it was very good and goes more back to the horror roots.

So long as it's more like RE4 than the two after it, that's a good thing.

I agree. My one touch passing was sublime.

I really liked Spiderman on PS4 so will have this at the top of my list whenever I get a PS5.

Should look very good on PC in fairness. I'll eventually get round to playing RE7 once I stop putting stupid hours into Judgment.

Yeah, I've put a complete black out on the game. Haven't tried the demo(s) at all.

Cheers for that. I'll have to get on to it at some point. I've had it for a while. Just haven't started it yet. Also, I hear Village is very scary.

Just saw this article and thought of you @SkyBruce Championship.

GTA V is quality in fairness. Thought it was far better than GTA IV, which I wasn't a huge fan of.

That in bold is basically why I stopped with the series in general (did up to 3). It was basically the same game but with a different layer until they did Origins (I think).

There's been a few in fairness for the main series (eight so far), but they're worth a go, especially zero.
