The whole process of these interviews is a complete joke, apparently you have to go through 2 interview processes before you actually meet Kroenke or speak to him. Its pathetic, this is not a CEO position it is a football coach job.

What are you in about? They play million of pounds a year of course there will be a process like that.

Not really when a club is in a desperate state, the managers should be interviewing Arsenal. Its pure arrogance from the club and it has put all the big name coaches off. I mean you don't ask Tom Hanks to audition for a part for a film anymore do you.

Pep was asked what qualities Arteta has as a coach and he said ... "great work ethic".

Is that enough to guide Arsenal through this tough period?

Probably not, can't stand half this team they just seem to be in it for themselves. Many need to be moved on before we really get somewhere truly competitive.

I think the positive is he now has half a season to assess who really wants and what he needs. A bit similar to Klopps first season at Pool, low expectations and just do what you can. Obviously it's a different scenario as Klopp was a massively proven coach compared to Arteta, hopefully we can have half the success you've had.
