Its pure arrogance from the club and it has put all the big name coaches off. I mean you don't ask Tom Hanks to audition for a part for a film anymore do you. Many need to be moved on before we really get somewhere truly competitive. I think the positive is he now has half a season to assess who really wants and what he needs. A bit similar to Klopps first season at Pool, low expectations and just do what you can. Obviously it's a different scenario as Klopp was a massively proven coach compared to Arteta, hopefully we can have half the success you've had.
