Its pure arrogance from the club and it has put all the big name coaches off. I mean you don't ask Tom Hanks to audition for a part for a film anymore do you. Is that enough to guide Arsenal through this tough period? Probably not, can't stand half this team they just seem to be in it for themselves. Many need to be moved on before we really get somewhere truly competitive. I think the positive is he now has half a season to assess who really wants and what he needs. A bit similar to Klopps first season at Pool, low expectations and just do what you can. Obviously it's a different scenario as Klopp was a massively proven coach compared to Arteta, hopefully we can have half the success you've had.
