Devil Posted June 6, 2021 Posted June 6, 2021 Always liked him as a player and he'd be an upgrade on AWB in my opinion. You'd only get about 3 years out of him though so it would need to be reflected in the price.
Honey Honey Posted December 29, 2021 Posted December 29, 2021 This one spoke about for the last month. Be interesting to see the terms of this deal if it comes off.
Devil-Dick Willie Posted January 1, 2022 Posted January 1, 2022 No chance? No way in hell surely. An England starter, and IMO defensively one of Englands top 2 right backs, deadly from a set piece, in his prime playing CL football moving to a club who even with a new coach and a few new players have a 50% chance of playing championship football next season. It's career suicide.

So to do the deal now I guess depends on that release clause when we get relegated, sorry, if we get relegated.
Devil-Dick Willie Posted January 1, 2022 Posted January 1, 2022 Sure he can go back to England. To play for Spurs, or city, or united.

Exactly United, that's us, we are United. If others are interested which at this point none are he might go there. Though Chelsea have been suggested as they need backup for their injury problems. Trippier is 31, probably looking for his last big contract.
