The Georgian was appointed in January and guided the Tigers to safety and a 19th-place finish in the Championship. But they are currently 20th in the table, with only three wins from 10 games, and chairman Acun Ilicali said their views "weren't aligned". The decision was announced just hours before the Tigers play Luton Town, with Andy Dawson named interim head coach. FULL REPORT
