Rucksackfranzose
Wouldn't be stupefied, if they hired Pelligrino or Hütter. Breitenreiter's sacking is no surprise, after their dismal performances recently. Wouldn't mind them to appoint Korkut or Frontzeck, though. Subscriber Coma+ Posted February 6, 2023 Subscriber Share Posted February 6, 2023 Honestly that doesn't surprise me. I think Pellegrino worked as an assistant at Hoffenheim prior to his time at Stuttgart. Just leaves a bad taste that he's going back there. Moderator Tommy Posted February 6, 2023 Author Moderator Share Posted February 6, 2023 Tedesco and Kaltenbach are in the mix too.
Rucksackfranzose
Other German media suggest Hoffenheim were interested in signing Tedesco. Don't know whether they have any kind of insider information, or if they're just speculating.

Rucksackfranzose
British outlet "Get German football news" suggest Karlsruhe's Christian Eichner would be a candidate at Hoffenheim. Hopefully that's a canard, since I don't like the idea of Hoffenheim of all clubs poaching the manager of a bigger club with a remarkable tradition playing in 2.Liga. Moderator Tommy Posted February 7, 2023 Author Moderator Share Posted February 7, 2023 I agree, but Eichner would be a great fit personality wise. To me, he always comes across like a snob who loves to hear himself talk. That is perfect for Hoffenheim.

Moderator Tommy Posted February 8, 2023 Author Moderator Share Posted February 8, 2023 Confirmed. I was looking forward to see him back in the Bundesliga, but not at this club.
