I am expecting Germany to produce another big performance today. Germany look excellent going forward and Hungary will likely be punished. Germany should score a few here.

This German side looks so offensively strong, there must be a good feeling in Germany right now about this team. Not much mention of Wirtz in the BBC preview of this match, they just focused mainly of Musiala and Kroos. But how they don't mention Wirtz more, is beyond me. He was excellent in that 1st game as well.

Havertz muscles his way to the ball and past Orban in front of the Hungarian goal and then pulls a shot off that is saved by Gulacsi. A big chance for Germany that.

Scrappy goal but Musiala eventually got it in the back of the net

Hungary player conned the ref there. Stepped on Musiala's foot but feigned injury.

Orban stepped on Musiala's foot in the penalty area there. Had he dived and VAR was utilised, it could have potentially been a penalty.

Thought that was in! Would have been one of the best team goals.

Varga has a header go over the bar from a lovely Sallai cross. That was a close chance for Hungary.

2-0 Germany. Mittelstadt sets up Gundogan about 10 yards out to finish.

Musiala is brilliant. A joy to watch.

I'm personally thinking Germany might win this tournament, especially with being the host. But there are a few strong teams. France, Portugal, Spain, England and Italy are all capable of they play to their best and the likes of Turkey and Romania won't be taken for mugs.
