Well, all you can read is that he studied aeronautics and engineering and then started his own Junior Formula team out of nothing. So he either has a rich background, or stumbled across some huge amount of cash by "accident"

So he either has a rich background, or stumbled across some huge amount of cash by "accident" While I don't doubt his financial well-being, it's also worth noting that his ventures into Motorsport always included well known partners with more than enough resources. Other than Mercedes and Renault partnerships, ylhe confounded one of his teams together with Jean Todt's son. So I'd say he's a man with both resources and good business skills on top of his industry knowledge.
nudge Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 Currently the best of the rest in the Constructor standings but it's a bit concerning as it seems McLaren, Haas and Renault are faster or at least as quick as Sauber and we're only in front because of Kimi's skill and experience and other teams struggling with reliability or just bad luck...

Kimi is class; and it seems that being in a healthier environment is bringing the best out of him again. He said he views F1 as a hobby now in terms that he's able to enjoy it without pressure. Giovinazzi has been poor though
