Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted Monday at 12:15 Subscriber Share Posted Monday at 12:15 Looks like Perez is on his way out. How Red Bull have ended up giving themselves options of Perez, Ricciardo, Lawson and Tsunoda for one of their seats is actually mind-blowing. Absolutely mental that they didn't try and pick up Sainz. Read an article last week. Was with Marko who does my head in to be honest. But he said a couple of things which I do understand. He was talking about the number 1 and 2 driver situation. He said at Ferrari, Merc and McLaren who have 2 top drivers per team. He said that they'll always be taking points off each other and be competing. I know there are other variables but looking at him and Danny Ric a few years back. It did end up getting tasty, I having a feeling the McLaren drivers might do the same way. Lawson and Tsunoda aren't going to do much better than him in the long-term. All you're doing by promoting them is ruining their careers at the top level much as they did with Gasly and Albon. With a driver like Sainz you get a good second driver who I rate highly, but I don't think he rocks Verstappen's boat enough to get in the way in the WDC but he does a much better job than Perez has been doing in terms of the WCC. If I was Red Bull I'd have seen Sainz become available and thought I can't believe my luck, the perfect second driver has come available, go and get him. I think Sainz is probably the best driver on the grid who wouldn't get too close to Max.

Maybe they feel too many good moments might cost Max a title. Who knows, but Max is their man and it seems like they don't like upsetting him. I might be wrong but didn't Max and Sainz have beef at TR.
MUFC Posted Monday at 15:11 Share Posted Monday at 15:11 I want RandoEFC and Sainz to do Kelly Piquet face down, while Max is tied to a chair, mouth taped and forced to watch.
