This safety car feels unfair on those that pitted on wets. -

Surely everyone gets penalised? You wouldn't let someone off going through a red light because the guy infront did it first. -

Leeds having 23 shots and only forcing 3 saves out of Grimshaw. It's as if they knew I was playing the Jeepers Keepers boost. -

Three big games this weekend. Hopefully Union Berlin take something off Bayern and keep this title race wide open. -

A big chance for Leeds to stamp a marker on this league. Every other game looks like a tough fixture. -

That last part is key to me. I think Ten Hag was fortunate that Lingard and Pogba left when he arrived, then he deserves credit for how he handled Ronaldo trying to make everything about himself. The top of the hierarchy in terms of toxicity had been removed in 12 months and they had a good season. He then however created a rod for his own back when he spent so much on Antony and seemingly treated him different to others he tried to shift on. Players who probably do need shifting on, but when the manager is tactically inept and treating players different, it becomes a real problem. Two summers ago se said United needed to get there next 5/6 signings spot on. Then in came Onana, Mount etc. I think this summer was much improved but it feels like they need to nail the next wave because half that squad shouldn't be there.

I'd say more of an entertainer with a believable frame as opposed to comedic, but when I think of comedic I think of people like Santino, so I guess it depends on your definition. He's one of those that gets its character before moves but also understands that you need to look the part.

I'm more than happy for Ten Hag to win the odd game here and there for this reign to continue. -

Delighted with our win. The goal was exactly why I was annoyed last season when Roy publicly criticised our inexperienced players when he gave the Tottenham defence the freedom of Croydon to pass it round from the back. They have a mistake in them if you press them well. -
TNA have jumped back in to 2008 booking with some of the results at Bound for Glory. Surely Joe Hendry's contract is up soon? There's no other reason why he shouldn't be there World Champion.

I've watched her a couple of times now and I don't see it. It feels like, to me, the Internet fans that are acting like she left Stardom with a Havard Degree are doing it because they want this partnership between AEW and Stardom to work better than all of AEW's other partnerships.

It sounds like Oliver Glasner has three games to save his job, which is fair, as getting to the international break in November without a win for any Premier League team is unacceptable. He's been making minimal experiments so far and everything hasn't worked. There's a couple of things that he could try that are more radical. He could try four at the back because Munoz looks knackered, he could try Mateta and Nketiah as a two upfront, he could drop Eze and play Kamada there so his system is more coherent. If he sticks to trying to wedge Kamada in and blame the mentality as opposed to his system then that could be his own undoing. I don't think we will get anything against Tottenham, but I'd like us to remain competitive and get a goal. I could argue that we should have drawn all our games this season, and regardless if you agree or not, it shows that nobody has been battering us and games have been close margins. Spurs haven't been keeping clean sheets in the Premier League on a regular basis so to lose 1-0 or 2-0 would be disappointing. -

Given his track record of starting seasons slow then finishing well, coupled with the lop sided summer transfer window we had, I hope we don't remove him unless we're cut adrift of 17th by Christmas. If David Moyes does come in the script feels obvious. We go back to 4 at the back, we get the best out of Eze, we sign two good players in January and stay up comfortably. Then in the summer Parish waits until deadline day to replace the next best player that leaves to save 50p, we're left with a completely imbalanced squad, and Moyes is gone after a bad run of form. At least with Glasner's track record there's hope we'll eventually break this cycle of owner incompetence given his track record and overseas reputation. I've got no doubt if he was to leave us after a defeat to Wolves he will end up at a bigger club than us in Germany or Italy. -

Yeah, the excuse that so many of our players were gone for the whole length of international tournaments doesn't wash with me anymore. Every other team has made a concerted effort to improve and so should we. Glasner has a big decision to make regarding Eze. Eze clearly doesn't fit in to the system Glasner wants to play, Eze looks ponderous for most of the game, Parish sounded almost upset that Eze didnt leave this summer in his latest interview and Kamada knows what Glasner wants in this system. But Eze can produce a bit of magic at any moment, and if he was to drop Eze, and keep his boy Kamada who has underperformed in the starting lineup, and it doesn't work. Then oh boy that will cause some reaction in the fan base. I think a portion of the fan base turns if he does that. It would take some balls to gamble on it, but he has to do something as everything so far hasn't worked. -

I don't think Glasner knows how to get the best out of these players so he's experimenting. -

That was disappointing last night. Without a maverick number 10 with similar traits to Olise I was expecting us to be hard to beat but struggle to win games. Instead we're losing the games we'd be expecting a point from. West Ham, Everton, Brentford and now Forest. I think i said this here the other week but as long as we're not cut adrift of 17th by Christmas I'm not worried. I know its easy to say now but there's enough quality and the owners have a track record of pressing the panic button in January to good effect. But this season has been a stark reminder that after 10+ years we're still not as well prepared for the transfer windows as we need to be. I know people regularly say "Look at Brentford!" "Look at Brighton!" but I think a better side to compare us to is Bournemouth. When we sacked Vieira we couldn't find/get anybody and relied on Roy's generosity to the detriment of his health, Bournemouth went out and got Iraola. Bournemouth have spent the last two years improving their squad depth and now have options to win games in the last 20 minutes, we have to bring on Jeffrey Schlupp in 2024 against Nottingham Forest. Bournemouth sold Solanke late in the summer window and replaced him the next day, but when Michael Olise left us at the start of the the transfer window we weren't linked with any similar players because it allegedly caught the club by surprise that a player good enough to be one of Bayern Muncih's best players wanted to play for a Bayern Munich. Glasner and the players are not completely free of blame. The players are not performing to the same high standards as last season and Glasner has not found a system to get the best out of his lop sided team. But those fans that are beginning to turn need to be careful what they wish for, as with our track record, it wouldn't surprise me if Palace vs Wolves becomes 'loser gets Moyes'. Which whilst he will keep us up will just be so underwhelming. -

Glad to see Sunderland top. I made my wife watch Sunderland Til I Die recently and I really hope they get promoted for all the fans in that TV Series. -

I think the cream has risen to the top already and the other teams are nowhere near the level of the teams that got promoted. Leeds statistically are producing similar numbers already as last season and have played the difficult teams already. I wouldn't be surprised to see Joseph step up another level now and, even though there will be the odd hiccup, promotion being a formality.
