I'm surprised not every bottom half club have enquiried about the first two if they're available. I certainly wouldn't be upset if we landed either of them. -

To be fair to Arteta, I can't think of any central defenders that play for a top six club that have started more than 15 games last season under the age of 21. If you want to get back to your previous stature maybe it's for the best.

Further Releases.... - Tyler Breeze - Killian Dain - Samir & Sunil Singh - Marina Shafir - Arturo Ruas - Curt Stallion Again no surprises. 205 live is pretty much over now albeit I don't think anybody's actually watched it for about four years. Allegedly Nick Khan is willing to 'take the heat' for releasing people that are in relationships.

WWE monthly cuts coming through. So far I think they all make sense... - Fandango - Tony Nese - Ariya Daivari - Ever-Rise Fandango's been handicapped by his gimmick, Ever-Rise have been doing good stuff but they're MSK lite, Nese is a weird one as he's good with a good look for his size, Daivari is a good hand but not a stand out. I'd quite like to see how they'd all do in Impact.

McAfee pulled my trousers down the other week. Auto renewed an anti virus protector that I don't use any more and trebled the price. Can't wait to the next year to pass.

Samoa Joe back in NXT in an enforcer role for William Regal. I imagine his release was part of a contract restructure if he's unable to wrestle but WWE seem to be controlling the media narrative by suggesting Triple H was unhappy with his release and rehired him.

Norwich fans seem pretty downbeat about this. Given the track record they've developed with overseas players this seems like an astute acquisition on first glance. Traditionally we have struggled to accommodate players from overseas in to our starting xi but I'm hopeful that will change under a different coaching structure.
