Looks like he’s about to drop a paragraph or two #chipofftheoldblock
  2. Haha you’re not wrong. We’re a shambles really, seems losing the collective experience of Bjelland and Egan has troubled our backline. We’ve got a lot of individual talent but for once the team hasn’t improved after a transfer window. Need some experience in there for me. Frank took over a team already in a dodgy spell, but has definitely made things worse. I’m worrying that he’s not that adaptable because we’re going out in the same shape with a lot of the same players and his thought process is the younger players will play through this and eventually it’ll click. I’d like to see us revert to a back three, get Barbet or Jeanvier alongside Konsa and Mepham. I don’t think we’ll be in a relegation place but being honest we’ve completely pissed up our promotion hopes, last season was so promising and we’ve moved backwards.

Madness that Fury didn't win. The only way Wilder was winning that was through a KO and he couldn't find it.

A great performance from Fury, not sure if he showed off to much. Went down both times after lowering his head, was the only way or time Wilder hit him. Two knockouts, back up both times, looks like those three years off didn't effect him too much. Look forward to the replay

They love a dodgy decision in America

Joshua is the division, I can see why he's in no rush to fight anyone. He's still young, still new to the division and this level of fighting. He just doesn't need to rush. Wilder on the other hand is older and needs AJ, and Fury needs Wilder and AJ because his style isn't entertaining.

Not been a massive fan of Fury since his comments about gays and women but to come back from being suicidal is a triumph in itself. I think the Fury that beat Wlad would beat Wilder confidently. Wilder is just that big right hand, but I'm not sure if Fury's fitness will be good enough for this fight so soon. Wait and see I suppose

It initially said afterboob, didn't see the other B. Make of that timezone what you will

  10. I have just read this and cannot stop laughing The matey was paid to do that hahaha
  11. I mean I'm pretty sure I've never said that people's reasoning behind Brexit was solely immigration but whatever floats your boat. But it was one of the biggest reasons and arguably the biggest reason behind the vote going through. Echo chamber or not to ignore that would be silly. EU migrants, Muslims and immigrants in general have been treated like shit throughout this whole process. You also have form for reverting to the "you don't know what it's like to live here" argument. Hence my initial post.
  12. I mean my initial post was a response to Fairy's constant portrayal of Remain voters living in a bubble/not knowing why people voted for Brexit...had little to do with approval ratings.
  13. Immigration was a massive component of Brexit, that isn't over exaggerating anything. From the poster boy of Brexit Farage to nearly every newspaper anti-immigration and xenophobic rhetoric was spouted on an almost daily basis.
  14. It has nothing to do with immigration, yet that was the biggest point in arguing Brexit....the lie that was we have no control over our borders, the influx of Muslims coming in etc etc. Ironic that Fairy hates the "London Guardian reading Remainers" for all their stereotyping yet generalises them as people who couldn't possibly have met or understood anyone from the Mean Brexit Streets of Birmingham or Basildon.
  15. Hayes and Yeading sitting third in the Bostik South Central division, the changes to the divisions aren't confusing at all
  16. It's not a surprise that the press have been pro-Brexit, even before Brexit Brussels was portrayed as the Death Star.

Haha honestly mate you don't know about expensive beers until you go to New Zealand. Standard price over Auckland is about 12 dollars which is 6 quid. At home no matter where you are you can find a pub where you can bring a twenty and get anywhere between 5-8 beers depending on price, and waking up after a few drinks having only spent twenty quid is amazing. Do the same out here and you've nearly drunk $50-$100 and closer to $100 tbh. Then you look at your bank after paying rent and think well that's my last night out for the week. It's brutal on the bank balance.

There was a bar in Sydney that done $12 jugs of Tiger, that place was like home. More because of the price than the Tiger though

Fair play to Bellew, looked class early on but tired and Usyk carried on as usual. Usyk going up in weight will be some good fights, reckon he beats Whyte but there's a lot of power there. Good thing is that he didn't seem phased by Bellew's power.

Spent the day celebrating with people at work who put on a lunch and afternoon tea and also by embarrassing myself with mildly hot lamb. Happy Diwali.
  23. Ah motherfucker, you will miss me by a week. That'll most likely be my last day at work
