  1. Arsenal must be licking their lips at playing Yanited this weekend
  2. Hoping the Palace boys help us out and beat Yanited. We control our own destiny now and we need to be looking to winning out the season. It was incredible to see Pope and Joelinton back which is big for us in the run in. I'm not sure why Lewis hall was not played more, he has been very good, I'm not sure on the reason why we waited so long to play him.
  3. Iraq has just made homosexuality and transgenderism illegal and punishable by imprisonment. We keep seeing flagrant human rights abuses in a region that simply care about western liberties. In 2020 turkey aided Al Bashir kill Kurdish opposition to Al Bashir, because Istanbul branded the Syrian Democratic Movement a terrorist group, this is while turkey actively supports ethnic cleansing of Armenians. Of course human rights abuses only become an issue when Israel is involved and the reason the power nations dont challenge each other is because if one goes down they will open the dirty laundry of others. If israel is persecuted the so must russia, the US, UK, Iran, Saudi, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Palestine, iraq, syria, china, north Korea, Myanmar, ukraine and France. Not to sound cliche but war never changes and will never change no matter how much you try make rules. The symptoms of the turmoil seen to be the only thing people attach virtue to without looking at causes and solutions. Ariel Sheron ceded Gaza to the PA under the intention of sustainable peace, since then attacks on israel have gone from decades apart to yearly, in that time has there ever been any semblance of fundamental human rights in palastine? The answer is no, so if they treat their own badly then what prospect is their for peace unless there is a fundamental shift in ideology of Palastinians.
  4. Arsenal need to win out and hope city drop points, which is not looking great and between man united or Spurs, relying on either team is not a good way to hedge bets, man united are more capable of stunting arsenal than Spurs are of City, this is not the Conte first season Spurs that were resilient, this spurs team is more open than a porn star.
  5. Saw the breakdown of teams with the most injured player time out, you were behind us in second, Brentford have had a torrid time this season with players missing.
  6. Anthony Taylor is an absolute prized chop, in the end a dominant 1-4 win setting up a good run in. Spurs have two tough games to come, we have Man United soon so 5th is possible.
  7. Flipping between Fallout 4 modded to New Vegas style and using the series mods to add Vault 33 gear, the tranquiliser gun and all the NV weapons instead of FO4. I have also finished Cyber Punk 2077
  8. It is an interesting move, a premier league proven player at a good age.
  9. 0-3 up at Turfmoor playing some silky football. Goals from Wilson, Longstaff and Bruno G
  10. https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/saudi-fitness-instructor-sentenced-11-years-prison-choice-clothing-and-activism Meanwhile Saudi Arabia is saying "Iran hold my beer" and sentencing women's rights activists to death or imprisonment, I dont see any protests in America about human rights but they sure as hell twerk for islam even though islam is completely incompatible with "progressivism".
  11. On reading the Bill it doesn't make criticizing israel illegal, it clearly sets the parameter for what is construed as hate speech and what is free speech. Referring to Jews as Zionists in the political version that has come up in the later 2010's so as to incite violence against Jews is pretty much a no no, frankly dehumanizing, demeaning and derogatory terms towards any group is hate speech not free speech. If the rules were reversed and Jews or supporters of Jewish rights said something about Palastinians or arabs they will be branded domestic terrorists and given 20 years. I have said anti semetism transcends left wing and right wing, the left is self explanatory, but the right shows up religious nutjobs like Carlson, Knowles and the bible puncher brigade. I have been talking about this for weeks now, there is a two tiered system, the reason why nobody goes after Russia after all their bullshit is because it will end up in dirty laundry becoming public, America, UK, France, Germany will all come under scrutiny so the idea here is to throw the little guy under the bus just to appease the mob. It was 8 October and the world was running "if israel reacts it will be a genocide" line, it is made up, if israel wanted to kill every Palestinian they could but haven't, Palestinians want to kill every Israeli but can't. Genocide requires there to be a intention to eliminate a group entirely. A UN former head of the ICC explained that the ICC did not state there was any proof of genocide only confirmed the risk in all out war. Have there been possible war crimes, it is very possible but there are war crimes on both sides, so palastine should be held responsible for their hand in it. In the beginning of April a UN special council heard hundreds of mathematicians and statisticians provide issues with Hamas's numbers, it is important that Hamas lied about Al shifa bombing and the rape of woman so they have every benefit to lie, the data points used were found to be bogus, for instance every Male death is deemed on stats combatant deaths this is not true, palastine have over 3000 child soldiers(war crime), these are combatants not civilians, Hamas cannot distinguish civilian from combatant deaths. Needless to say that the deaths are high but it shows that there is a degree of control fighting an enemy that dresses like civilians (war crime) and fights inside a civilian populace (war crime). I am very much for a free palastine but not one where extremists and there actions are normalized under this notion of resistance to jihad is bad.
  12. Pole Position - Which driver will post the fastest lap in Q3 AFTER MAX VERSTAPPEN IS REMOVED FROM THE RESULTS? Leclerc Podium - Which drivers will finish the Grand Prix in the top three positions AFTER MAX VERSTAPPEN IS REMOVED FROM THE RESULTS? 1. Lecleec 2. Perez 3. Norris Random Driver - Predict the finishing position of this week's random driver, Lando Norris. 4th Bonus Question - Which driver will be the biggest UNDER-performer this weekend? (This will be judged by the driver who finishes the race below their championship position by the most places). Stroll
  13. He was cooperative in investigations which I think helped, he has gone through addiction treatment in the time he has been out. A suspended sentence is a sensible sanction
  14. That is true, we bought the home as an investment and not only in the sense of money but for the family, what will likely happen is my parents will take over the place when my fiancé and I move but it will remain within the family for hopefully kids, my sister has a 1 year old son and if they wish to move to the Cape to lay new roots there is a house for them. I also stated above we exercised first option to buy the property which was well below market value and we have found out why, we have spent near 400k on renovations and painting since and there is still a lot we want to do but will have to plan it in steps before we immigrate next year.
  15. You said its not genocide/war crimes because Russia think Ukrainians are Russians. You can carry out Genocide against your own, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Che, Maduro, Assad just a few that have killed their own. Putin is not afraid to kill others, he has invaded Chechnya twice and carried out war crimes if not genocide. He has also carried out the ethnic cleansing in nagorno karabakh in the end what is happening in Ukraine is war crimes but it is not even spoken about. Wouldn't stopping both conflicts be equally important.
  16. That was a reference to Hamas, which they are, they have killed their own, they have killed Jews and they have killed Lebenese, there preoccupation is Jihad.
  17. The biggest thing with ownership is not owning but the maintenance.
  18. City, Yanited, villa voted against with Chelsea abstaining, 16/20 clubs is enough to get it passed for the 2025/2026 season. They are still determining anchoring rules. Currently 103m is the lowest commercial revenue, the current figure is 4.5x that.
  19. FFP was preventing any owners wanting to buy due to the handcuffing it places on owners while ensuring the status quo remains, this kind of forces big clubs to reduce their overheads to spend more, it will stop talent going to one or two clubs and being spread around. I think the EPL has some potential to turn mid tier clubs into contestants. I can't see Everton having the finances to go all out on that 320 million but they could feasibly spend 200 million and build a team to take them back up the table.
  20. I am fine with it, those clubs have had financial dominance for to long to feel sorry for them.
  21. I can't see anything wrong with Bill Maher calling out people that espouse hate speech. Not all instances are but media has caught rampant hate speech on camera and it is inexcusable. Calling them out is not moral high ground and given that bill Maher is a Democrat for life anti Trump I would say he is the most critical liberal of the bullshit on his side of the aisle. Yesterday a student leader for Columbia called for killing of "zionist" which is a call to kill jews, there are intefada chants, burn down tel Aviv, river to sea, preventing jews from entering campus, these are all latent cases of hate speech so good on Maher for not tolerating it
  22. Jews are linked to palastinians, they are essentially cousins so does that make it fine? One could also say the entire region is eretz yisrael so therefore you can't carry out war crimes against your own. Keep plugging away Ivan. It's a war crime and should be addressed and if people know and do nothing that is complicity. It is good to see the BBC finally come out and scrutinize the death toll in Gaza following the UN finding irregularity in the data in a sitting early April. We see conflicts not painted by the same brush
  23. Gary O'Neil would have done well if he wasn't forced out and backed. He took over a wolves team that was in crisis after selling their best players and their manager leaving the post 3 days before the season started.
