Ridiculous that it's just Liverpool being told to do this. Nottingham has a seriously high rate of infection per 100k people yet has faced no lockdown restrictions at all. It's no wonder the government are being labelled as discriminatory and unfair. Jenrick this morning on Andrew Marr's show was a joke.
