To be honest I only say that logically - kids touch everything on their own bodies or several different surfaces, pick their noses, touch their faces with no care in the world. Unless they're of an older age or with an adult, you're unlikely to see them washing their hands rigorously or as consciously as adults would hopefully have now been doing for the past few weeks as per advice.

Yes. Apparently kids can be 'super-carriers'. Basically could be carrying it, pass it on to family members, elderly relatives etc much quicker than an adult would.

I think that's taking my comment a bit too far. It's 'only' 6 people in the UK (that's not meant to be crass or cold, it's 6 too many at the end of the day), but Italy were late to react and they have had hundreds and hundreds of deaths. The situation in Italy now to the one in the UK are not comparable just yet.
