My mum & dad have a flat in Spain and he rented it out for a short while from them about 2-3 years back. He was in quite a bad way then and had to leave for medical reasons. Think he had been in quite a bad way for a while though?

    Animals

Given his standing in the world and all the fabulous TV programmes he makes, not to mention raising awareness for the protection and beauty of the world and specifically the animal kingdom and it's environment, think this is a good place to put this...

Saw that too. In this day and age (trial by social media and how things spread like wildfire these days), it's just a stupid thing to do, no matter how funny he was being, or thought he was being.
  5. Chelsea are already guaranteed CL as they're in top 4. If Arsenal beat Chelsea in final, they'll qualify for CL so just means there'll be 5 English teams in competition. And if that happens, only 2 teams allowed in EL next season - Man Utd already being one of them: Watford qualify if they beat Man City in FA Cup Wolves qualify by finishing 7th if Man City beat Watford in the Cup.
  6. Agree with both. Spurs will probably bottle it anyway.
  7. Isn't it how you've signed them, though, not just the fact that you were?
  8. About time to be fair. When you see how well Loftus-Cheek and Hudson-Odoi have been playing it really does give faith that there are some really good players with lots of potential in their youth squads or out on loan. Would be like being chucked in the deep end for some youngsters to play a whole season though. Having said that, some loan players could still do some kind of job in the league: Batshuayi, Morata (20/21 season), Abraham, Pulisic, Baker, Zouma, Bakayoko who have more experience than just a youth player off the top of my head. Replacing Hazard is always going to be difficult even without a transfer ban.

Ah okay, I'm on the other side of the island south of Palma and the airport but it also means I'm closer to Magaluf so maybe I will see the same as you

Didn't know where else to put this, saw it on Twitter earlier... Graeme Souness was born on 6th May 1953. Tony Blair was born on 6th May 1953. Both of their successors were born on the same day, too. Phil Neal born on 20th Feb 1951. Gordon Brown born on 20th Feb 1951.
  14. Fair enough. Can't really complain at that and it's nice to get a sensible and realistic outlook on how you'd feel to be fair. Regarding winning the title - you will. I'm sure of it. Who knows when but I actually think it'll be sooner rather than later (within next 5 years perhaps?). City won't be like this all the time and as long as you stay competitive (unlike Utd and Arsenal when they've gone through their period of change) then you always have a chance, in my opinion. I can't imagine Guardiola will be there for that long - maybe another few seasons? But it's not like Man City don't have their weaknesses. They're not perfect or unbreakable/unbeatable. They're a mighty fucking juggernaut but let's not act like Liverpool aren't either given how many points you've accumulated. Even when you were off form you were still plucking out results/gaining points. You don't get that many points by fluke or pure luck and at least you've improved on your weaknesses, which were glaringly obvious (defence as you say and goal-keeper). I think what's now important (whether you win the league or not really) is continuously improving on the squad and not just spending for the sake of it. Remaining competitive.
  15. With ludicrous suggestions like that. It's embarrassing to ask for a trophy for 2nd place. I know he's probably the only one that has suggested it and if it's a genuine suggestion I feel sorry for him - but I think just revel in the fact that this season has been so good to watch on top of last season too. Revel in the fact you've got some quality players in the club and a really good manager guiding them. How many teams have pushed this City side this close in the league under Guardiola? Maybe 'spoil the season' was the wrong words.
  16. Claiming for a 2nd place trophy I meant spoil the season from his point of view, not in general. Obviously if they don't win the title it's gonna be shit but at the same time they're gonna be one of the best teams ever not to win the league with how they've played. Don't take everything to heart mate. It's not healthy for you Do you always focus on the negative as well in life outside here?
  17. Yes, I know it's TalkSport Yes, I know it's one deluded fan not representative of all... Don't spoil such a quality season with stupid suggestions like this though

    Tips & Bets 365

Bottom one paid out yesterday thanks to Arsenal's goal Forgot that I had Arsenal to score 70 league goals as a separate bet as well at 5/1. Top one I need Chelsea to score 2 more against us next Sunday and that pays out too.

Rabada injured and missing the rest of the IPL. Could be a doubt for the start of the World Cup, too...
  24. Fylde beat Harrogate and just beaten Solihull so they're through to the final.
