Jets perhaps shading it but neither team had tested the other's goal-keeper. It was scrappy in the first few minutes with some tough challenges going in.

Pathetic. Rudkin should have gone ages ago anyway. Don't understand it at all. Owners knew his style of football and his footballing philosophy. Only hired in October yet don't give him time to get his own players in to implement his kind of ideas. Yeah, European hopes are over but gotta look at where we were when he came in and where we are now, just missing off on Europe. Puel's improved us in the table but standard of performances are not up to scratch. Surely the club knew what they were getting with Puel? If they didn't want that kind of footballing individual leading the club, why hire him in the first place? Would they rather us play entertaining football but not actually get any decent results?

if that's true, that's fucking terrible for AOC. Very nasty injury and would hurt even more given how good a season he's had and he would have been a key player for England in Russia. Very much a shame and hope he recovers fully if it is as serious as that.

that looks pretty amazing, and a good use of technology if it leads to protection of endangered species (I guess they could replicate for other animals that get poached, won't be long anyway if not). Suppose it's also just a more advanced, less subtle way of the chips/trackers they use on animals at the moment.

Macclesfield have won automatic promotion from National League in to League Two. Salford City (owned by some ex-Utd players including Gary Neville, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs) have won promotion to the National League from their Northern division.

went to Woburn Safari Park yesterday. Roasting hot so wasn't pleasant in the car when we had to shut our windows. Got some decent shots of the animals there though.
