How Seahorses give birth.

Also would it still come up as negative on a test for this long?

I bet I've had covid and they have been telling me I'm going mad due to how I reacted. I haven't had a dry cough, which made me rule it out. The NHS site wasn't detailed enough, but after looking on a Spanish site at the more detailed symptoms followed by a site from the USA, it could have been/be that. That explains the chest pains, nausea(on and off), confusion, headaches, lack of appetite, aches and pains everywhere, chills, etc, that I've had. I've felt changes to my body, not known what it is, had panic attacks and then they tell you that you've developed a panic disorder and need to go on pils. I didn't even see the doctor in person(only when at hospital) and he prescribed me pils for anxiety, which I haven't taken, although contracting a virus and being ran down at the same time would be enough to set off panic. It's a blessing I never saw him in person though to be honest. Pains everywhere, sinuses sometimes stinging(more recent), headaches, fatigue, confusion, hot and cold sweats, etc. I may have had panic attacks but they were brought on because of physical changes and not knowing what was going on. I don't know how to get a test though? There are test centres around here but you can only drive through them and I don't have a car. I thought about this last night. I did some research and it makes sense. It's funny that I've been ill for weeks and then started feeling better in the last 3 or so days, although still a bit shitty. Likewise in how smoking made me feel worse and feel like shit for 3 hours. I've probably had moderate symptoms which turn worse when smoking and then you panic due to not knowing what's going on and it feels even worse. Since I had no dry cough, I automatically ruled it out, although it will affect everyone differently. I do get wound up easily at times, so if I did become infected by a virus, becoming anxious, which could lead to a panic attack, would make sense. Luckily I've not really been in contact with anyone and when out walking I've not been within 5 meters of people, but then I have been to the supermarket, hospital, the chemist and a few shops. Always with face coverings though and I've not been coughing or touching anything without buying. So if I have had it/got it, there's a small chance I'd have spread it I'd say. I had a general feeling of being unwell for like 12 days with different symptoms.on and off. I just thought I'd developed a disorder, although they do say Covid can cause confusion.

Shit news, he was great. R.I.P. An underground hip hop legend, well hip hop legend in general.

I didn't realise your Dad was only 39 mate, such a cruel world. Both my grandparents on my mother's side had heart attacks. They survived them (before passing away of other reasons 15-20 years later) and I think they were around 60, so it definitely worries you when it runs in the family. My mate, who was only 30, also passed away after a heart attack 3 years back. So it probably adds extra worry. Have you not had any panic along with it? Shaky legs? Cold shivers, etc? They do say that you can get physical symptoms without the panic and not realise it's an attack, so that may still be your problem mate. You might not realise you've been anxious. Hopefully it turns out well for you though and you get to the bottom of it. Same with you if you ever need to talk to someone mate! Diet won't help, but when you're slim like us you don't always think about what you're eating. I've definitely got anxiety I'd say as I get impatient and fidgety all the time. I'm easily irritated aswell. But I've just always lived with it as it's never led to attacks, just irritation and I've always been able to control it. So it's probably just got out of control as chest pains and all types of pains seem to be caused by that. It's not like I haven't worried and stressed alot over the months. A shit year, I bet many many people have developed mental and physical problems this year, without even mentioning those who have been directly affected by the virus itself!

Weirdest film I've ever seen. I actually watched it months ago but haven't watched any films since. I always watch series nowadays and feel as though when I watch a film "something" is missing. But I'd give it 7/10.

I slept for 10 hours last night and feel better today. Just need to chill the fuck out I think. But the problem is, everything can change in a second. It's always on the back of your head.

The worst is you worry between them and it starts them off. You also feel like you have a hangover after it. Then the pain lingers a bit, you continue thinking about it, then have another. It's become a vicious cycle in the last 4 days or so, which came out of the blue. I'm going to go and see my GP next week if it's possible as it's difficult to get a doctor's appointment these days. Glad you got over them mate, as they are horrible. That's one of the biggest problems, smoking. It's a terrible habit, but very easy to start when you're a teenager and then it's stuck with you. I actually had a mate whose lung collapsed when we were only 20 years old or so, but he was ok in the end never had any other problems. Funnily enough, he was one of the only ones who didn't smoke. He surely drank though, as he had me smuggling bottles of beer in for him when he was in hospital...

The physical symptoms are awful as they make you feel as though you're dying, which then makes the mental side 10 times worse. Sorry to hear about what you've gone through but these issues can be solved mate.

Yeah that's exactly what it was. When you do the equivalent of miles and miles walking everyday due to work(since you run around like a cunt), to 100 meters to the shop at most and you don't eat as well as normal it is a big change. I usually eat alot more but I wasn't for some reason in recent days. So it makes sense mate. But I can't stop eating again now. It all came from the pains. That's what started the panic. Now I know the cause, the worry has gone now, so have the pains. Amazing what a heart scan and blood pressure test can do for you. The relief. I think they may have passed now. @Teso dos BichosBichos sold me some dodgy weed:- Nah but I wouldn't say it was that, but likely induced it aswell after some shit weeks. I don't smoke as many ciggies now, don't drink anymore but a nice smoke chills you out at night. Lockdowns make it easy to overboard though. There was a maths teacher at my secondary school(actually taught by mother as well, so he was from the canning days...) and he used to start headbutting the blackboard. So I always worry about maths teachers .

It turns out it must have been panic attacks, which have the same symptoms as heart attacks, which is why I was shitting myself. The pain also lingers on an off but is in areas you associate with more serious physical health conditions. It randomly came on while simply watching Tele at midnight or so the other night, which was weird. It's not covid though mate, I've had none of the main symptoms and I've never even thought of it being that, but potential heart attacks or a stroke. Scary, but it feels alot more dangerous than it actually is from a physical perspective. The symptoms are similar to a heart attack or heart failure which was the scare. I'd never had them before nor ever thought I'd be prone to them. I would say I've always had a bit of anxiety as I'm always a bit fidgety and hyper but it's not something that affects me in public, I mean I wouldn't go to camp nou on my own, for example, if it did. I do like chilling in, but you need a balance, even if it's just working all week. I always associated these attacks with someone who is agoraphobic. I think it's the opposite for me and being stuck in the same house too much drives me nuts. I've been lazy for 2 months and sat in alot. This along with a change in sleep pattern, thinking too much and getting wound up all caught up on me. It happened 3 times in 3 days before I went to the hospital, as I thought my heart was packing in. The shock from the first caused the second 2 I think as my mind was racing. What I would say, is chill out, don't let issues going on wind you up too much and look after yourself. I've noticed @RandoEFC getting wound up alot in recent months and I would say relax because you could cause yourself alot of unneeded stress. @CaaC (John) the problem with many of us men is actually going to the hospital in the first place. We'd do anything to hold it off, but if you go, they can make you better, or in my case, reassure you.

He said my heart is fine but I need to cut out sugar, eat better, sleep better and I'm guessing the weed doesn't help. Due to the extreme worry lately and anger, it must have started off panic attacks. But it feels like you're dying as the pains in your chest are awful. Your legs turn to jelly, you have tremors throughout your body and then you go into panic mode and think you're dying. I never realised they were THAT awful. I'd never suffered one before. Scary shit. Thanks for the messages people, I just need to stop getting wound up, angry and stressed, this is my issue it appears. There's been alot of changes in my habits in the past 2 months from eating, drinking and sleeping. I've also found myself constantly moaning and getting snappy, so it does make sense.

I'm in hospital getting tests done due to chest pains and feeling horrible on and off for a few days. Not sure if I've developed a panic disorder out of the blue, or if it's my heart. Hopefully not the latter. I hope it's panic attacks as I could learn to deal with that. If it's my heart, well I don't fucking know. Scary times.

My grandmother had her vaccine today. So it looks like they are actually getting around to giving people them then!

I think we forget how amazing this fella was at times because of the lack of longevity, we'd already saw the best of him once he'd reached 27, but in those inicial years for Barcelona(and before that) he brought so many joys to the club, and the sport in general. One of those players that nobody could dislike.

My mother has 4 brothers(one of them her twin) and 2 sisters.

To be fair, big cats torture animals before they eat them, atleast Crocs go straight for the neck. That's one positive, it was over quickly. Shocking footage either way as it's the first time I've ever seen a croc take a predator like that. In fact it's horrible when a predator becomes prey as it somewhat doesn't feel right. Especially when those Orcas are killing Great White Sharks at an alarming rate. They only eat the livers too.
