I just rolled a piece of paper up, threw it in the air, vollied it from the other side of the room and it went straight into the bin. What a fucking shot!

You've never been inside a (hollow) building when someone decides that he's going to cut through metal with an angle grinder.
  5. Put a pike in there, I dare you
  6. Nah Barcelona. Might be going to Amsterdam in late May/Early June though with a bunch of lads. My mate was on about it other day, so I might just have to jump on that one.
  7. @Stan 6 weeks tomorrow. I will have to take 350 pictures for you when there
  8. Speaking of Tench, I remember when I had a fish tank. I had carp and Tench in it and the 2 tench used to come up and let me feed them by hand. They were practically tame.
  9. If it's a tench you just turn it upside down and look at it's pelvic fins. Male ones are much bigger.
  10. It eats better than me to be honest
  11. My parrot hasn't been in its cage since the first week I bought it(about 4 months ago), it has made the whole living room its home and has perches, etc, everywhere. The only time it pops back into its cage is when it is having something to eat, but if you go near it when it does so, it quickly flies out so that you can't lock it in. It's not stupid at all . Saying that, I don't have intentions of keeping it locked in the cage as there is no point and it also makes me feel anxious to lock a bird in a cage. It's safe enough, it only shits in certain places(so I put kitchen roll down in those areas) and at night they obviously don't fly, so it just chills on top of a perch and sleeps there. I've got to say, that it eats shitloads. It has a pot of seed everyday(which contains alsorts from sunflower seeds to sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds to dried banana and dried chile) and then I give it a pot of fruit and veg every morning before work, usually containing atleast some blueberries as they are its favourite(other fruits are apple, strawberry, kiwi, melon, pineapple, blackberries...), then every other day it has brazil nuts and almonds as a treat. Red pepper is another it likes and sometimes it gets some chiles, along with a bit of lettuce or sugar snaps. On Christmas day it had a bit of turkey too. They are fine to eat plain chicken or turkey from time to time as long as its cooked properly and contains no added salt. I gave it some turkey, a few sprouts and some cauliflower. It threw t he sprouts across the room but loved the turkey
  12. It's sad though just how many members are leaving. Balon has gone, Cannabis, Erick.... A lot of regular members.
  13. He is actually the only manager to beat Barcelona at Camp Nou in a good 3 or so years and even the last loss before that was against Real Madrid in the Super Cup. His record at the Bernabeu is also great. 3 games, 2 wins(with Real Betis) and 1 draw(with Las Palmas), so he certainly knows how to make newly promoted and mid-table sides more competitive. It's whether he can prove it at a bigger club now where the expectations and pressure is much higher. One thing I do like about Quique is that he always has his teams playing nice football so it could be an appointment that works out well.
  14. You are pretty much part of the furniture on here to be honest mate
  15. Fuck sake, all the best members vanish on here nowadays. Let's hope you aren't next to leave bro . I don't have many hermanos left on here now
  16. The opponent in the next round of the Copa Del Rey will prove a test....Ibiza away! The new format of the Copa Del rey is interesting for the record as it's now 1 leg rather than 2, up until the semi-final, where that will be a 2-legged affair.
  17. @Teso dos Bichos, @Berserker
  18. Quique Setien looks to have been appointed. He's been linked with Barcelona since resigning from Real Betis(where he did well, getting them back into Europe) and it looks like it's now a reality. Interesting appointment. @carefreeluke is a big fan of his.
  19. Xavi turned it down, but more so because of the timing. It was wise of him to do so as well in my opinion as it would make more sense for him to come in at the start of a season and have a full summer.. Bringing him in now could end in disaster. The problem is, who is is there right now? Even if he won nothing I would say it was a disgraceful way to treat a man, especially one who is as respectable as Valverde. I do believe getting rid of him is the right decision as I don't believe he's the man to take the club forward from here on n. But there are better ways of going about it. The current board are an embarrassment, although so were the previous one. Rosell is as crooked as they come, while Bartromeu is simply just a clown who shouldn't be anywhere near the position he's in. Valverde is probably the most down to earth manager out there, it's impossible to dislike him and he's literally never involved in any form of controversy, although his style of football just isn't fitting to the side he's managing at unfortunately and the results are no longer going in his favour like they were.
  20. The thing is, Xavi would be very suited to Barcelona and would have the team playing the type of football that will get the upmost best out of them. He's one of those men who I think could work out well at Barcelona, although probably wouldn't at another big club. Similar appointments have worked in recent years with Pep(who won a treble in his first season), Enrique(again, won a treble in his first season) and even Tito, who won La Liga, but spent most of the season in hospital due to him tragically being diagnosed with cancer(before passing away) and these have all worked out well. Had it not been for Tito's illness, then I believe Barcelona would have done well under him, as he was perfect for that job, even if he wouldn't have been at other clubs. If we look at Luis Enrique's time at Roma, he was awful, but for Barcelona he refreshed the side up and had them winning a treble in his first season. These type of appointments are often very fitting for the club and not to mention, it's difficult right now to find a suitable big name manager who would be obtainable. Klopp and Pep are the only 2 I would personally take and the former would never happen, while I doubt Pep would return either. Barcelona haven't been poor results-wise under Valverde, I mean he's won 2 league titles and a copa del rey and he has actually only lost 2 Champions league games, it's just that the 2 he lost(Roma and Liverpool away) are the most important of the lot and came at a time where the team had a lovely advantage from the first leg. The football under him is often very unappealing also and he seems to be able to get the team playing well for only one half. I also don't think he will ever have the same success as he did in his first season(the job only gets harder) and it isn't going to end well this season if he stays I don't think. He's also been lucky to have Messi & Ter Stegen(and Suarez to be fair) to continuously produce individual moments to win games. This is actually a fantastic squad of players though with a great balance of experience and youth and I can't think of any squads that are currently stronger on paper. The right man could work wonders with these players if you ask me.
  21. The real enemies on this planet are the USA and China. The world would be a significantly better place without either.

In this case, people should be able to legally grow as much Cannabis as they would like for personal consumption as by making it illegal you're violating the human right to the free development of one's personality. This is surely then discrimination?
  23. Ye, that's a good point mate. Travelling around isn't cheap and especially if your currency isn't the greatest. Even though our currently has took a big dent over the years, it still works out being the strongest, so we are still lucky in that regard, even though everything doesn't work out as cheap as it used to. If I wanted exchange pounds for 500 euros, it would cost me £435 currently, so while it's not as great as it was in the past, it would be far worse if it was the other way around and you received 435 euros for 500 quid.
