Yeah we got introduced to it in the statistics intro class. It's an interesting one cause it feels really counterintuitive, but it's all about probabilities... and humans are notoriously bad at assessing probabilities. Like you said, it's much easier to understand if you think of the same problem but with a 100 doors instead of 3.

Yeah, I find it extremely annoying. It is absolutely fine to start later, Kicker for example haven't started theirs yet either, but they should indicate it properly instead of opening the transfer market although there have been no updates and the logo still shows 23/24 season...no communication, no news. Highly unprofessional for an official game, imo.
